Not really, unless it's a mutual order. You're supposed to do your best to abide by the order even if the other side initiates contact. If someone who has a restraining order calls or otherwise tries to contact you, you're supposed to avoid it at all costs. Even if they aren't deliberately entrapping you and are just an insane retard, you can still get in trouble.

I think it’s a mix of German and autism. My old boss had similar eyes. He’s definitely on the spectrum but has his life together, owns property, has a good relationship with his family, et cetera. Much the opposite of Tarl. They have similar eyes though.

You can line up his outfits with how he's doing at the time. Hawaiian shirt and Dutch shirt Styx was his peak. When he moved back to Warwick Manor and was wearing the giant shades he was clearly doing way worse. And since the pirate costume came out he's been at rock bottom.
