If I am not mistaken, the arrest video audibly has Tarl asking Nikki if it is being recorded. She responds by saying, "Yes" and he gives a notion of agreeance.

His dumbass has retaliated against and DOXXED some for speaking about him, so I'm sure that will (not) go well for him. LOL

Tarl Warwick is a public figure and needs to come to terms with the fact that everything he does is under speculation, especially what he CHOOSES to broadcast and share online.

He said "Good, please film this" and she said "Yes, Sir", thereby giving his consent. IMHO she has plausible deniability in that it's reasonable for her to assume that it was ok to share the video, considering that he consented to it being filmed.

I was going to give him a watch for a change, but then he started shilling coffee, and...I can't. I just can't.
