I don't know that Styx deserved to get nailed for this specific issue of nailing his girlfriend with her cellphone. But he has done far worse with this threats of going all stabby-stabby on them and pointing guns at his hook ups. This has to stop, wizard of hell or not.

If Samantha wanted to do Styx a real solid that he would hate, in her victim's impact she should tell the judge about Styx's long standing substance abuse issues with alcohol. And that people don't believe that Styx has been able to maintain sobriety while out on bail, so the system was not working. The only thing that will solve this problem is addressing Styx's substance abuse issues head on.

As a side note, Gary from Nerdorotic stated that the thing that got him to change was that his life finally got bad enough that he got sick of the consequences of his drug use. And keep in mind, sleeping under a bush in front of a restaurant wasn't bad enough for Gary. I think his time in prison was what finally buck broke him. Styx and Nick Rekieta are both a long way off from hitting their rock bottom.

It's not just the domestic abuse, the retard can't stop contacting his ex even when the courts tell him not to. He won't stop trying either. That's what will get him in the end.

Because he's lying to his audience and giving us the most sanitized bullshit story, and the prosecution probably had him dead to rights with whatever evidence they had that Tarl said he "disagreed with". Same as Nick Rekieta.

There's a youtuber with a ton of subs who would totally sleep under a bush in front of a restaurant. He's slept in bushes beside intersections, in roundabouts, and in the most unlikely places. "I'll bet I could sleep there" is pretty much his motto.

They're nailing his ass to the wall for taking credit for the DA's suicide. Like, I was sympathetic to his case but that's something it takes some serious lack of self-awareness to declare (and before your case is closed no less). But that's what makes Styx such a great up-and-coming lolcow, his dumbass antics take center stage over the mundane court politics.
 
Within a year, this guy went from being a "doting father and homesteader" to an alcoholic and convicted domestic abuser.
