My opinion is slightly more nuanced I first started watching him after an interview (on Red Ice maybe?) where he discussed meme magic in 2017. I generally found his occult videos pretty good, but lost interest when he started pumping out 4-5 videos per day on politics with basic bitch normie friendly takes (just a slighty edgier Tim Pool or Quartering).

I know we all like to poke fun at Lord Tarl Baron of Rutland, but I am giving him the benefit of the doubt on the woman beating. I can actually even respect his horrible fashion for not giving a fuck, but what is insufferable is how smug he has gotten.

Does anyone have dates on when he started identifying as an ex-occultist and when he abandoned that? I was under the impression that at the time of Trump's first election, he was claiming to have disassociated from his occult past. I may be wrong on that. I do know he claimed to have left the occult stuff behind him at one point and I do not know when he re-embraced it. I am interested to see if anyone can fill in this gap for me.

I hadn't heard that he left the occult stuff behind, but I am pretty sure he once identified himself as a Satanist and then distanced himself from it.

Was the switch simply from Satan to Stolas? (I am not implying this matters, but just suggesting he used this as a technicality under which he is drawing attention to the ex-Satanist aspect and obscuring the fact that he didn't abandon demons generally) Was this just an exercise in sophistry to obscure the relevant main point?
 
The biggest takeaway for me, as some have touched on, is the fact that Styx genuinely believes he killed someone and is very happy and proud of that. That's pretty unhinged even for Tarl. Even if we pretend magic is real for a moment, it just means that Styx killed someone in the most womanly and cowardly way possible. He couldn't even pull a Luigi and bring his magic wand to cast some spell like Lavate Las Manos on the guy in public. That's not surprising, though. The only courage in Tarl's body is regularly filtered out by his liver.

While I'm 99.9% sure his audience have never read ars goetia they wouldnt techincally be wrong.
Stolas is less evil than pizzagate demon or whatever. He is only evil in the sense he will take your soul in exchange for his knowledge and was only cast to hell for helping Satan and rebels by guiding them with the stars during the rebellion. No virgin blood i.e. children sacrifice or orgies needed.

You are no longer a loser but one of the few enlightened initiated people that knows the esoteric knowledge. Both believe in imaginary fantasy worlds where they are quite special. Both are autistic roleplaying larpers.

Styx court update:

Styx has entered a plea of NOT GUILTY.
The court has set 1/17/25 to file defense motions.
The state must respond by 2/3/25.
They told Styx he has a right to a trial by judge.
Pre-trial conference set for 2/21/25.

It's hilarious that this took place in NOLA instead of Rutland, VT. I guess that means Styx must remain there in a hotel room, burning up his money every day and eating trash takeout food. That means this won't even get started until 2/21/25. I guess Tarl will be hopping on a plane every couple of weeks as his case progresses. That will burn a hole in your wallet pretty quickly. Plane tickets back and forth, hotel rooms, food, taxi costs, etc. This court case will probably drag on for at least half of 2025. All for throwing Sam's phone back at her and hitting her on the ribs when he said she was cheating on him. Pathetic.
