Well, you have to understand that the chaos magic is like a homing missile that targets bad people. It doesn't target child sex traffickers or corrupt government power brokers. It targets bad people like a 34 year old assistant attorney general who specialized in prosecuting sexual abuse cases. He's the REAL bad guy. He died of multiple self inflicted gunshot wounds, which is weird. It certainly happens when people botch the first shot, but it is always a bit weird when someone like him commits suicide via multiple self inflicted wounds.
