I doubt they even bothered with pot. Vermont is fully legal and Louisiana relaxed up on weed laws. Enough to where 9/10 cops won't even look at you twice in public if you smell like there's a joint on fire in your jacket pocket.
As far as the alcohol thing who knows?
Even if it were the case it'd be pretty damn hard to enforce unless he actually had to go to a station and blow into a breathalyzer every 8 hours.
For someone like Styx that's a homebody the chances of him getting caught up in public drunk would be slim.

Styx will probably just end up paying a fine and probably have to take an anger management class at the end of the day. I honestly don't see any crazy probation if he can just pay his fine outright.
I want to say that Quarter Pounder raised up like 8 grand or something to get Styx out of jail?
That's way more than enough to cover the legal expenses of this whole ordeal + buy them both new laptops.

To Kiwi Farms? I don't know that Josh wants to host 4 hour 1.2 GB livestreams on his servers. It would be kind of a waste of space imo. My upload speeds are slow so it would take forever anyway, I think. It brings my internet to a complete stop when I do an upload.

Nobody cares. YouTube celebrities pump an enormous amount of content into the internet every day and their consumers forget a few days later. Styx relies on his fans and critics not being able to keep up with the amount of content he spews onto the webs regularly. They can't tally his mistakes and embarrassments, which all disappear down the memory hole. At this point, Styx is trying to avoid real-world employment at all cost, and just repeating basic-bitch MAGA talking points will suffice to that end.
 
Another minor point worth noting regarding Tarl's erratic behaviour on Election Night is that on the 6th, Lyndon Perry aka I, Hypocrite had booked him to do one of his 'The Progress Report' streams (watch and comment ragebait clips for about an hour) with Devon Stack aka Blackpilled, but as mentioned by LP at 4:22 on the embed below, Styx had agreed to do that stream and two others that day, but had cancelled on LP ~9h before the stream was scheduled to begin. The title and thumbnail of the stream still mentioned Styx, and were only edited to remove him after it ended; but he's still mentioned on the stream description:
There was some Styx bashing on the stream chat and the comments, with many berating him for no-showing, others shat on his dumb politisperg opinions, (and accused him of being afraid of the other guest of the stream) and a few mentioned the substance abuse/domestic violence/prison drama from last month:

Depending on the time that stream was set for my thoughts is Styx does all his streaming pretty early in the day, so it makes him look sober, however right after I'm sure he hits the bottle or bong which explains the sunglasses for nighttime streams. if this was yesterday. he must have been trying out some bud, him and Samantha grew in his garden....Seems that is the only thing that grew in his lovely garden. LOL So he was probably too high riding the tails of Samantha even after sitting his ass in jail. Dude is slowly losing his fan base or gaining it with his dram. Like i said before i believe his performance is all attention seeking. I find it funny that he was accused of chasing women with swords/knife and has one sitting on the table in his videos. Where's the gun??
 
This might not interest you rabid drama queens but when he attended my Bible study on 911 I caught him in a very stupid lie. This is what magic is all about: lie your ass off, that your lies may manifest your desired outcome.

2. Tarl has slept with the 8 year old daughter of one of his ex-lovers that he calls his sister. Tarl has a piss fetish. And the 8 year old was wetting her bed and having nightmares. And then Tarl tells the 8 year old that she can do what she whatever she wants so long as no one finds out. What the hell?

Why on earth does Tarl have access to sleep with an 8 year old girl that is not his daughter? If I was an 8 year old girl, I would have nightmares and wet the bed too if a drunken Tarl was sleeping with me.

As a side note, Samantha says that she hates Tarl's chaos and darkness, but still seems enthralled with him. She says she wants peace. But she loves all of his drama and chaos. It isn't boring. All of those feelings all of the time. I bet the husband was nice, calm, steady and "boring."

Don't forget he has a cigarette "in the breezeway" while admonishing his fans and paypigs not to use nicotine, claiming that he has kicked the habit. Such a wise man.

Coupled with his repetitive, boring, and distracted content, I'd say he has about two more revolutions around the drain left.

Did you view his statement about Joshua as a knowing deceit or was the lie that Tarl doesn't know scripture nearly as well as he insists when he calls out the bible for "contradictions".

I've been assuming Tarl knows just enough to fool himself and people who don't know better.

I would say the HUSBAND dodge a bullet (literally). Maybe someone should notify the husband about Tarl's strange behavior sleeping with children and threatening with guns after all there are children involved. Seems she can't break the attraction. Maybe the piss fetish was a common bond seem she was pissing at a young age. LOL

What kind of person in their right mind would endure sexual abuse, claim the abuser was trying to pay her off and then LEAVE to go back to the abuse. I hope this is brought to the attention of the right people because there is children involved and those screen shots are very disturbing.

Even if the story about the 8-year old is BS made up by a jilted ex, this is absolutely a bed that Styx has made himself by sticking his dick in crazy.
