I started thinking about where Sara could be doing cyber schooling. There are only 3 colleges in the Fresno area, so assuming she isn't doing some online thing:
• California State college, Fresno (this place seems a little too based tho reading reviews)

• Clovis Community College

Anyone familiar enough with the area to sliding scale where she might be? Community College would be my first guess, because you can get into specialty programs at most of those with no intake exams. Also probably the cheapest, affordable on a Mall Cop paycheck, or maybe Gramps the sugar Daddy tossed in a little.
