That's how confirmation bias and cherry picking work. People think that "Capricorns" behave a certain way, so they look for evidence of the "Capricorn" acting that way because it confirms their own pre-existing belief. Then they ignore all the data that shows that an Aries" or "Libra" is just as likely to do the same things or act the same way that the "Capricorn" does.
