The peaks of normalcy and lunacy have a very plentiful valley you can stroll around.
It's just not acting like you're a danger to yourself and others and carrying weapons in public, seems like a fair compromise. Can you even have weapons when you are under investigation?

Tarl also lives in a hoarder hovel with his parents, who just allow it or encourage it and don't have the balls to kick their 40 year old mistake to the curb. He wouldn't know good parenting if it walked up to him and commanded him to drink abortion brew.

I used to think Rickets was the worst. He probably still is, for dosing his daughter and all.

But, this pirate bitch just bailed and stood up for other deadbeat women instead of her. She was the best thing he had a chance at in life.

Lets see who becomes the more disturbed child. I hope those beautiful little girls find better lives, despite their donors.
