I haven't met his siblings. He allegedly has an older half-brother who was put up for adoption, but I never looked into it too much.

Tarl said he would not be emotionally or physically invested if I chose to keep his child. I grew up not knowing my father; I will not do that to my children they will know their mother and father. Contradictory to your belief, he offered to fiscally support me. Its the lack of care and love that kills a person, not the finances.
