We heard something about someone in Rutland telling Elisabeth that he was planning on kidnapping his daughter.

This guy has social anxiety getting himself on a plane. I would love to see him try. Tarl would Barney Fife this.

They are still married. By US laws there is nothing illegal about any parent moving with their child. I don't know what Finnish laws would apply.

Without a divorce and get a court custody arrangement, I don't see what stops Tarl from doing this.

I think the only people expecting him to get locked up forever were new accounts showing up specifically to seethe about Tarl in the first place.

He's also a drunk and I think his appearance on the world famous Killstream hosted by the true and honest Internet Legend Ethan Oliver Ralph is proof of that. Dude was downing whiskey from a disposable cup in his hotel room, getting progressively drunker and dropping hard-Rs toward the end of things. This was after said he was never drinking again which is enough for me to assume the stories about him drinking every day have more than a grain of truth to them. If you're chomping at the bit to see him fuck up again you can just wait for good old Mr. Whiskey to make that happen. Wouldn't be the first time.

A quick Google search shows the Lautenberg Amendment to the Gun Control Act of 1968 requires someone convicted or subject to certain protection order to relinquish their firearms. The notarized form is to proof to the court that he has complied with the order to hand over his guns.

Sounds like he lost his unused guns. How will he protect himself from the Dutch drug dealers now?

As someone who has struggled with booze for a long, long time I can see exactly what's happening, physically I mean. When he picks up the piece of paper or tries to rest his hands together you can see them shaking, unsteady and imprecise. I remember trying to eat soup or hold a glass up to my face to drink it the day after "quitting" and it fucking shook like a leaf. I know exactly what he's feeling like right now, like a steel wire under extreme tension ready to snap, or a thin piece of glass that could easily shatter.

I don't know how deep he's been into it before he stopped so it might just be the shakes and insomnia for a day or two, but if he was really bad, he either starts again real soon or he's in for a wild, dangerous ride the next few days.
