I can understand that there is a preferred nomenclature among the growing jeet nationalist movement, I'm just telling you that no one who isn't a jeet ever refers to subcontinentals as Hindus unless explicitly referring to the religious practioners, which is incredibly rare given how inconsequential Hinduism, as a religion, is. Like someone calling Mormons later day saints in normal discussion immediately lets you know they are a mormon.

That's like saying "I'm not going to call people for England English because the Amish also call Americans English, and it's too hard to distinguish each time". Makes far more sense to do it the other way around.

See this one is good, it's punchy and to the point. Hits on a current topic, doesn't belabor it, and honestly this one could have been 3 panels to set the joke up a bit more but it works fine as just what it is. I'd give it like a 7/10? Solidly better than average.

No, hindu as a general term for ethnic Indians is pretty well established, among Indians and white people alike.

Like Hindi, the language, has related linguistic origins.

It's more of a modern American thing to narrow the usage of the word Hindu to just the religion / its adherents.
