The majority are but that doesn't mean all are.
The original memecoin is doge coin which is worth billions and has stayed alive for ages.

But there were tons of memecoins even before that was launched. People talking like they have knowledge on this subject have probably only been around since NFTs were in vogue.

Crypto has been through dozens of cycles at this point, nothing is new. Memecoins and scams are not some cutting edge 2024 invention lol

Yes - memecoins have been around for a fucking decade.

One of the earliest altcoins (which was based off of Bitcoin's code) is Litecoin which was launched in 2011 so there are examples of memecoins stretching back pretty much 13 years: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Litecoin

Unless you count making millions of dollars off selling NFTs on the Ethereum blockchain which uses Ethereum as its currency. Shitcoin doesn’t mean “anything that isn’t Bitcoin”; even Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin are forks of Bitcoin that were made for specific reasons to address concerns within the existing user base.

The launch of his new NFT specifically rewarded people who held NFTs like Mondomegabits, the previous Stonetoss Flurks NFT as well as all of those sinister milady NFTs (the latter being an incredibly successful venture). There's definitely a community he is targeting, it's just that the crypto side and the normie side are mostly insulated from one another.
To say that the burgers are "sold out" kinda mischaracterises the whole thing. Everyone is free to buy and sell $burgers. If you want, just go buy some $burgers or buy individual burger NFTs. The people who got to mint the first ~35000 burger NFTs got screwed anyway since the price collapsed quite quickly. When accounting for gifted burgers for minters, the average cost of minting a burger NFT was about 0.06 eth. Today the floor is at 0.012 eth and falling.

Anyway, this is Stonetoss's NFT/coin project right now, they've lost ~75% of their mint price.

He may laugh about it on Twitter, but I can't help but feel like he didn't want this to happen. In the immediate aftermath of the launch he was triumphant on Twitter, bragging that Burgers had topped the charts on Opensea, but of course the NFT/coin only went down from there, and very fast at that.

You said that Assigned Male could be more hated than Stonetoss and while I see your point, I'm not convinced. Stonetoss is way more popular and thus it's more likely to reach people that will hate it.

I always found it amusing considering it was one of the first "ironic" memecoins and was literally created as an example of how dumb memecoins are.
 
Being a cartoonist is a terrible life choice, you have to scrap by with donations, this is how lefties do it, begging for donations.
Even an art commission business is not reliable, no hourly wage, no passive income, and worst of all;
Rich furries are not your client base, since you're a political cartoonist.

Some have pointed out that "conservatives don't like donating to a struggling artist, such as Hitler".
I personally think this is because payment processors have intervened in the funding of struggling cartoonists, such as Stone Toss, for over 8 years now, it's terribly inconvenient.
Anyways, panhandling is seen as weak.

Crypto/NFTs solves everything, no payment processors, not panhandling, this is now a good for sale.
It's a stock even, if it's a hit you can sell yours at the peak and make a profit (never ever).
He's not just a poor drawfag anymore, he is now a Businessman, Art of the Deal.

This is the only way to make a proper living out of funny drawings.

Speaking broadly to people not in the know, you're just so much better off if you use bitcoin to refer to any crypto. People in the know will immediately know you are using it generically to describe a crypto, and you will avoid an in depth conversation of a complex subject you would have to repeat to them next time it came up if you refer to eth/sol/xmr as such, and it outs reddit tier pedants for avoiding.
