Kinda conflicted about the Fire Emblem run. I knew it was going to be an RNG manipulation run from the start and the execution was impressive, but in my heart I wanted another trainwreck like the Sacred Stones run.
 
TASBot is playing fucking SM64 on a Super Nintendo right now. :story:

Same way they do everything else with TASbot, thousands of controller inputs per second over four controller ports.

Remember they've done this for a while. I forgot what year they connected it to the Twitch chat.
 
Haha, this Dark Souls III run is a disaster. Right now they're digging around in the files to tweak things and increase stability so a trick won't crash the game. We'll see how the rest of it goes.

Edit: And now they've switched to break screen so the tech crew can figure this out in the middle of the run.

E2: Back now. He had to restart from a "close enough" save file. I have a feeling this run is never coming back to GDQ.

Meanwhile, this guy uploaded dozens of DS3 runs and doesn't seem to have half as many issues as they are having across all uploaded attempts.

Twitch chat was spamming "DIST" the first time he fucked up a trick.

This guy mainly plays Batman. Obviously there's better Souls runners but the best don't always submit runs so GDQ has to take what they can get.

Well, Reddit is mumbling about how many times Linkus has sworn during his windwaker HD run, thats all I'm seeing at a cursory glance.
