Oh my god, what a nostalgia rush.

I had almost all of those plushies back in the day. And I remember the action figures that were in toy stores as well (and I remember them being surprisingly good quality, too).
Good, now be a good little consoomer and make sure you buy the new figures from a participating McDonald's restaurant near you!

I'm so conflicted I want to support more 2d/animated films, but this looks like a soulless flex of Warner IPs, and half of it isn't even traditionally animated anyway.
Don't feel too bad. Demon Slayer: Mugen Train had a lot more integrity than this fucking thing, and it easily held its own against WB's Mortal Kombat reboot despite being in half as many theaters. I think that proves that people will go to the theater to watch pure, unmolested 2D animation, just so long as it's not a shat out waste of time.

No thanks, I'm good. Not even going to bother watching the movie either.

I'm sure a bunch of soy-fueled 30-somethings will do the consooming to make up for me tho.

I said this before and will say it again. The Space Jam sequel is a waste of time and money.
The space jam sequel isn't coming out. What's coming out is a fucking complete reboot that's early advertising and title mildly hints at it being a sequel, much like ghostbusters 2016 was a complete reboot but early trailers made shit confusing and treated it like it was going to be a sequel movie.

All it's missing is the studio and media calling everybody that dislikes it or is generally wary of it racists and sexists.

Either way, Space Jam should've stayed in the 90's

China will treat LeBron James as their Golden calf, so their reviews will reflect positively on the Space Jam reboot sequel.

Except for the Hong Kongers, though. They’ll just go back to worrying about Taiwan.

Remember, Pepe isn’t allowed because he hits on women, but the literal rape gang from Clockwork Orange can show up, no problem.

"Pump Up the Jam" was in the original Space Jam (not the soundtrack, but in the movie itself). Does this mean they're remixing "I Believe I Can Fly" and re-remixing "Fly Like an Eagle", too?
Thankfully, they left Seal and R. Kelly’s original songs alone. The soundtrack was just filled with what people think Billboard‘s music executives and/or LeBron James listens to.
