Looks like we finally got our first look today, any thoughts...

Some big horned cgi monster and what looks like Space Ghost... I really hope that Wicked Witch, Pennywise, Suicide Squad Joker and Mask basketball team picture aren't true, but its feeling more like it now.

Yep, that is indeed him
So Hanna-Barbera characters: Flintstones, Space Ghost and the Yogi's gang types. I guess Scooby is inevitable too. And King Kong along with some alien spaceships. Would rather have it if they just used WB cartoons rather than live action ones.

Also anyone here actually recognize those ships?

Edit:
Looks like Peter Potamus' airship, I think.

So does this mean the Space Jam sequel is being used as a Trojan horse for the Hanna-Barbera cinematic universe?

Yeah, Space Jam 2 looks whatever, but I'll probably pirate it and give it a watch. But hey, I didn't know Many Saints of Newark was WB, and I'm actually looking forward to pirating that one in HD the day it drops! I was bummed when theatres closed and it got delayed, and I was worried it would get delayed again. Thank you, pandemic, very cool!

I guess? I will be disappointed if we don't get any real interactions between the two parties.

At least it makes mildly more sense than Ready Player One.

What the literal fuck is this movie anymore?!

Every movie studio is salivating at the concept of capturing the lightning in a bottle that was Marvel's cinematic universe. Problem is that this kind of success cannot be forced into existence. Marvel's efforts took over a decade to arrive at "Infinity War" and even with all the success they had, most people checked-out after "End Game" and here again WB seems they have learned nothing from the disaster that was Justice League.

If indeed this movie is trying to pull off a multi-franchise crossover (of Hanna-Barbera properties no less ) it will be yet another schizophrenic cluster fuck trying to rely on cheap nostalgia to make a quick buck.

I hate how they keep trying to make Jabron Lames a thing. Dude has the charisma of a jar of mayonnaise amd his style of basketball is the drizzling shits.
