Mondas Cyberman or nu-Cyberman?Whenever a journo says, "satisfying combat," I read it in the voice of a Cyberman.

I keked when I saw the the handholding is so aggressive that the various UI pointers and audio/visual cues will actually overlap and clip into each other.Saw the shill up review OF Wolverine because the fact that he's not shilling it is telling. Horrible IU that thinks you're a literal retard and a world design that for me is pretty meh. Is a shame because i do believe Liam(Wolv va) can do a good wolverine, just not this portrayal of wolverine.
Like him or don't, Kojima prints money. It really doesn't. All of his games made money
Which is funny because if you take Ratchet and Clank for example, a game made for kids has better design, non-invasive ui and imo is 100x better than Soyverine. How could kid back then navigate without problem but in current year people need 3 different UI pointers to go to the end of a corridor. The future looks grim.I keked when I saw the the handholding is so aggressive that the various UI pointers and audio/visual cues will actually overlap and clip into each other.
That's genuinely kind of insane, I don't think I've seen it that bad in any other game.
I have never gotten another Xbox or Playstation after PS3 and Xbox 360. This is the reason why.Sony just terminated their partnership with Kojima on his next game.

sony gave back the death stranding ip to kojima. now i wonder if they even made money on his game at all lmaoVery true, but Kojima Productions was a publishing deal versus wholly owned failchildren like Bungie and Guerrilla. Cutting him loose doesn't require eating a huge write-down on their balance sheet.
Mondas. It's trying (and failing) to sound like a people.Mondas Cyberman or nu-Cyberman?
...the problem is the game. The problem is the video game part of the video game. The thing I've been kinda coming back to as a core concept here is that Wolverine is 5 hours of ideas stretched across 10 hours of video game, and it gets old fast. It's a lot of systems that you look at, and go like "these don't feel like they fit together" - there's too much reliance on parries, to the point where boss fights are so dependent on you parrying attack after attack, that it just...contributes to this monotonous feel.
Because Metal Gear Survive was such a resounding success?Dropping Kojima and getting a new metal gear from konami is all sony need
It's like shareholders are niggercattle and shareholder economy model was a mistake.Like him or don't, Kojima prints money.
The issue is for that printer to run you have to front load it with a lot of money, and given implosions like Concord, investors are skittish of loading 9 figures and hoping it works out.
To pile on with this, it's because Kojima doesn't print money like some people are saying. Yes, they turn a profit, but they're cost heavy and probably require a lot of oversight and in-fighting.Sony just terminated their partnership with Kojima on his next game.

I have to imagine Sony exists (and the PlayStation remains dominant over Xbox) because there's little reason to buy an Xbox if you have a PC (and the consoles are starting to cost like PCs)How do Snoys even begin to cope with this total humiliation? They may as well throw in the towel for this gen.
Yes, Per IGN Wolverine had a 310 million dev budget, probably 400+ million with marketing.Do we have a budget anywhere?
Where do games come from? "When a mommy company and a daddy company love eachother very much..."? Obviously not, business partnerships happen because both sides agree the partnership makes financial sense. Sony dropped Kojima because they believe their partnership does not currently make financial sense. But Microsoft does? What's the deal? The most likely thing is that Sony's financials are bad enough right now that they had to choose between GTA and Kojima, and they chose GTA. Everyone knows that PHYSINT will almost certainly turn a profit (and cancelling a project for a tax writeoff is not a "get all your money back" button), but Sony needs big hits right now to get into a healthy financial position. Sony would have continued to support Kojima forever if Marathon sold 10 Morbillion copies because prestige titles are important for their brand even if they might not make all their money back.Sorry, I've been out of the loop on consoles since the Gamecube/ps2. I would appreciate if someone could explain why sony is fobbing off a relationship with the literal only Playstation Dev I could name. This is the MGS3 guy right? Isn't that, and its series, one of the most widely beloved games of all time? It's like Microsoft letting halo go to rot and ruin in favour of making a new IP about babyshark or something. What the fuck?
