I'm not gonna believe it until I see hard evidence but no matter what i'm not surprised, the sonic fandom and faggots who engage in shipping of any sort have always been the most mentally unstable people ever
It's been 24 hours since the account went dark. Is there a time limit before twitter accounts go down due to inactivity or something?

So what was the first Sonic game you've ever played? For me it was Sonic Free Riders on the Xbox Kinect.
I know every game is someone's first, but what a game to introduce someone into the franchise. But to answer your question, Sonic 2. Got it bundled with the Sega Genesis back in the day. Love that game, took me a long while until I was actually good enough to be the final boss, but once you beat it the first time it was pretty easy to repeat every time afterwards.

It wasn't my first, but I remember when Sonic Adventure came out. One of my friends got a Dreamcast for Christmas and we were blown away by the graphics. Much simpler times.

You poor bastard. Tell me that didn't tarnish Sonic as a whole for you.

Even as a kid I thought the game was awful and controlled horribly, but I thought the characters were cool and asked my uncle to buy me Sonic Generations, which kept me a Sonic fan.

The Sonic Show (Sonic youtube channel that had a spat with lolcow Dillin Thomas) sperged out over Mike Pollock last week, uploading a video rant calling him unhinged and whatnot for not being a full-fledged jihadi and wanting Israeli hostages returned.

Minor cow crossover today in the streamer Bowblax's stream watching over the Mutahar video on Keffals.

His (literal) autism over Palestine aside, he made a mention online about Sonic news pages deliberately hoarding leaks like that of the Sonic Rumble early gameplay footage just to maintain 'exclusivity', and that numerous people in that sphere warned him against covering and uploading that same footage they all had copies of but didn't want to post.

That's a great name for an early 2010's yaoi fanfiction inspired by Twilight but swapping in Sonic characters.

Is there anyone here who wishes that concepts from the shows/comics made it into the games?
For me I like the idea of the "Egg Bosses" from the Archie reboot. I don't know, but the idea of a Mega Man esque cast of various Lieutenants to Eggman seems like an interesting concept for the games.

Though i'm not so sure about introducing the various "Egg Armies", they feel kinda out of place compared to their pre-reboot precursor. But that's probably because they're presented as relatively normal and level headed instead of fanatical lunatics.

Forces kind of had an idea similar in the marketing hyping it up to be a generations 2 where a bunch of antagonists team up and ally with eggfuck but then the actual game was like "HAHA OOPS IT'S ALL CLONE GHOSTS GUYS!" I guess also for the "mega-man esque lieutenants" literally you could just point to the Hard Boiled Heavies from Mania, a bunch of eggrobos that when exposed to the shockwave from the ruby getting dug out of Angel Island became color coded supercharged eggrobos that going by the fight with the gunner command their own eggrobo squads.

S3&k, Triple Trouble, Heroes and Mania have a running antagonist structure I think fit the games and their wacky nature perfectly. A bunch of different guys either hired by, independent but loosely/temporarily allied with, or straight up made by Robotnik that have their own goals and end up fucking him over half the time last minute or before the game even starts. Not talking about the "betrayal" thing but like more they end up falling out and splitting up or butting heads. Something I never really thought about till recently is how in Heroes "Eggman" whenever shadow asks him about shit they did and him going "oh no you have no past shadow haha and now you'll have no future cause I'll kill you!" wasn't a manipulation tactic by Eggman but Metal Sonic Bullshitting while using the copy ability shit they gave him inexplicably in that game to impersonate the real Eggman. The game takes place shortly after SA2 Metal and Shadow have never met once in their whole fucking life before that. The guy was probably like "wait who the fuck is this?" if he never saw the stasis tube shadow was in.

In terms of actual concepts from the comics bleeding into the games? Green sonic/knuckles. Be it overcharge from emeralds leading to damage or getting your ass punched while going super, it's funny to me how there's that thing in Archie where both Sonic and Knuckles were green at one point, even if the Sonic was an alt timeline delinquent biker gang Sonic. Actually just add that guy. Add the funny green biker Sonic. I don't care if Penders claims he owns the concept of green biker Sonic, they can 100% add in green Sonic who is also a biker with the excuse of "that Sonic from another dimension!"

CD, via the origins plus version after my friend nagged me into giving the series a shot. It's 110% goofy bullshit and I love every second of it.

Sonic Advance 2 on my friends GBA on the last day of second grade. We were allowed to bring toys and electronics on the last day of school. I ended up getting a GBA with Mario World and asked Santa for Sonic Advance 2, which he brought me on Christmas. I used to lose and find that cartridge constantly throughout my child, along with SMW. I still have them. Lost my GBA though, but got a new one.

Sonic 1 was my first. One of my cousins had it and i liked it so much i wanted it myself, so eventually my parents got me a sega genesis with not only Sonic 1, but also Lemmings and Toejam & Earl, just to make sure i was REALLY occupied because everyone knew me as "that" kid that could play and beat (almost) any game that wound up in my hand.
