Finished all the towers, I stopped playing after I lost the perfect parry challange because it was late, but man those towers were fun, and now that the jumps carry the momentum of the boost you can find so many ways to break them, super fun ngl, brings back the best memories from Adventure 1.

Yup, the new stages seem to even be built with crazy moves in mind. The first cyberspace stage I tried had an upper path that was seemingly only accessible by launching yourself across a third of the map with a spindash jump.

Yeah, just started playing them, having a ton of fun, some of the best 3d stages in any sonic game, this update has really elevated Frontiers in my list ngl

That's good. I found it to be somewhere in the middle, mostly because there are some elements (like Master King's trial) that clearly didn't get enough time in the oven. They weren't dealbreakers though and I eventually got past them, just more frustrating in the moment.

DLC is definitely way more difficult. Hell, the challenge you have to do right before the final boss is easily some of the roughest challenge I’ve seen in the game. Also gives a really good argument for why they were so lenient with the party window because my god…

Haven’t taken on the final boss yet because I’m trying to clear out the open area island before I do.

so guys. i'm gonna talk about the next sonic cartoon. because i was walking through a store i go to and noticed that this series was released again on physical media.

Sonic The Hedgehog. the SatAM cartoon. sonic's 2nd cartoon that first aired in 1993.

it's based on the series by Archie Comics. which was rising to fame during the 90s. it's sonic, tails, sally, and the freedom fighters fighting robotnik and snively just like the archie comics. it ran for two seasons.

all the characters are voiced by popular voice actors we all knew that voiced other characters in cartoons and movies we all remember watching as kids in the 90s and 2000s.

Jaleel White reprises his role as sonic from adventures of sonic the hedghog.

Tails is voiced by Bradley Pierce.

Sally Acorn and Nicole are voiced by Kath Soucie. she voiced phil and lil in rugrats, lola bunny in space jam, kanga in winnie the pooh, and maddie fenton in danny phantom.

Bunnie Rabbot is voiced by the late Christine Cavanaugh. she is famous for voicing dexter from dexter's laboratory and chuckie from rugrats. she also voiced oblina from ahhh! real monsters and gosalyn mallard from darkwing duck.

Antoine is voiced by popular and long time voice actor Rob Paulsen. he is famous for voicing carl wheezer in jimmy neutron, yakko and pinky from animaniacs, P.J Pete from disney's a goofy movie and its sequel, raphael in the 1987 teenage mutant ninja turtles cartoon and donatello in the 2012 cartoon, and he also voiced bubsy in bubsy 2.

Rotor is voiced by Mark Ballou in season 1 and Cam Brainard in season 2.

Dulcy the Dragon is voiced by Cree Summer. she voiced Kida from disney's atlantis the lost empire, Numbuh 5 from kids next door, and Medusa from kid icarus uprising

Robotnik is voiced by legendary voice actor Jim Cummings. @NerdShamer @Shard and @TVBForever take a look at this video and see how good he is.

jim cummings is most famous for voicing alot of characters from disney like winnie the pooh, pete, and darkwing duck. he also voiced long john silver from the pagemaster movie, the captain of the guard from shrek, mayor manx from swat kats, cat from catdog, he voiced various characters in skyrim like vignar grey-man and olfrid battle-born in whiterun, and urdnot wreav in mass effect 2.

he also has a great singing voice. he was the singing voice for scar's Be Prepared from the lion king and rasputin's In The Dark Of The Night from don bluth's Anastasia

Snively is voiced by Charlie Adler. he voiced buster bunny from tiny toon adventures, ed and bev bighead from rocko's modern life, and starscream in the transformers films.

Cluck is voiced by legendary voice actor Frank Welker. he's famous for voicing Fred Jones from the Scooby Doo series. he also did the vocal effects for reptile and shao kahn in the 1995 mortal kombat film, oswald the lucky rabbit in epic mickey, and megatron, galvatron, and soundwave from the transformers series.

Naugus is voiced by Michael Bell. he voiced lex luthor from the 1988 superman cartoon, drew pickles in rugrats, and Melchiah from legacy of kain soul reaver.

Sonic's Uncle Chuck is voiced by the late William Windom.

I am ashamed that it took me like an hour to figure out how to cut the fucking cord on the final boss. Like I had to actually look it up because I couldn’t figure out how to do it. I was dodging and combing as much and as fast as I could, bringing him down to half health only for the boss to insta-heal and it was driving me insane.

That said, much MUCH better ending boss, though I do actually miss the full THE END speech from the original.

The incident in question was Ben Hurst attempting to pitch a SatAM movie some years after the series had already been canceled by ABC execs who didn't care for it. He teamed up with Ken Penders who soured the idea behind his back.

Nah, it's probably just an oversight since they're only accessible via the DLC.

This is kinda reversed. remember very clearly the comics were based on a mix of the two DiC cartoons till they started leaning more into the serious stuff from SATAM, and then went schizo mode for a bit when penders got a bit more influence in the writing team.
