I find it interesting and entertaining that SA put up more of a defense for pedophiles than it did a black* woman who they unceremoniously dumped once her career as the troon whisperer floundered. Quick question. Was RPGWorld a parody made by someone who actually played RPGs and knew all the stupid shit that happens in them or by someone who's HEARD of RPGs and the entire comic is based on his ASSUMPTIONS of the stupid shit that happens?

I haven't looked at that comic in ages, but from what I remember, it came off like the only RPGs he had ever played were Final Fantasy VII and Chrono Trigger. Though that comic was also from a time long before Lets Players, so the only people that would have cared would have actually played those games.

The original run of RPG World was to JPRGs, especially FF 6/7/8 and Chronotrigger, what ButtLord GT is to DBZ (with more fanservice and less swearing). Ian was a sexless shut in nerd, so played all of those JRPGs but he was also in highschool when he wrote it.

RPG World has been continued by some guy. He was doing a decent job of continuing the tone, but the source material just hasn't aged well.
