This thought process is probably true, and also weird, because there's a whole subculture of popping guys' gay cherry. (Not like we're dealing with straight-thinking (lol), mentally healthy people here, though.)

It's like whenever I look at all the various flaws and failings and general obnoxiousness of the establishment "woke" left, I then remember Something Awful and think 'well, it could always be worse.'

Also there were goons that were running around with Aatrek avatars in 2013, and usernames like Aatrek Cures Kids. And even back then, the site was already past the point of no return in terms of absolute screeching humorlessness.

I wanted to post this last night but thought it was probably just coincidence. I've got family in galesburg and my cousin sent it to me last night. We used to play EVE together and he thought it might be SA related.

The countdown till the Olsen twins became legal was kind of a thing that was everywhere during that time, you'll see jokes about it in a lot of media from that era. Not that it wasn't kind of creepy in retrospect but it wasn't exactly out of the norm during that time frame.
