What is it with troons and their expectation that everyone else has to care about and cater to their emotional state? Bitching about the game being too hard and how much they hate it, then whining about how it makes them feel bad to not be able to enjoy something other people enjoy? Hell, that last one is just them leaning into the standard troondom/SJW tactic of 'If I don't like this, no-one should like this' but in a particularly mopey, self-pitying way.

I mean, I know the answer. The question is really rhetorical on the Farms, because we always all know the answer. But still, this is a person who belongs in the Rat King for attitude reasons, if nothing else.

Elitist Jerks splintered off from Goon Squad. They were pretty influental in the WoW PvE scene and many of those members went on to get various roles at Blizzard.

Overchill doesn't actually enforce this rule as strictly as the way this is written implies (at least not as far as I know); they're very smug and elitist and you could make snide comments all you want so long as they were worded a certain way.

From what I could tell, it was basically a way to purge/judge iconoclasts who weren't part of favored social cliques. That's why it's so weird, the rule doesn't actually fulfill the function it seems at first glance.

That sort of shit's becoming common nowadays. Something Awful pioneered the policy of "we reserve the right to ban you for any or no reason;" the social media giants do something like this but instead of explicitly saying it, they just have rules that are vague to the point of being enforceable against literally anyone for literally anything. Patreon has "manifest observable behavior," Twitter has "You may not use Twitter’s services in a manner intended to artificially amplify or suppress information or engage in behavior that manipulates or disrupts people’s experience on Twitter," and so forth. The rules shift constantly and are designed to let each platform ban anybody for anything. This was not an issue when the internet was smaller and non-pervasive; now it's seriously fucked things up because most of the world's communications infrastructure is controlled by corporations with political agendas that include controlling and manipulating people on a massive scale.

In SRSOC's instance, that particular rule appears to be there solely as a convenient excuse to point to whenever they decide to kick somebody out. SA's probably going to have to rewrite all its rules at some point too, so they always have something to point to instead of the tradition of "Fuck you, go away." We've already seen how troons over there respond to every ban by trying to start a riot, despite SA being absolutely nothing even remotely resembling international social media infrastructure.
 
lol Doom Eternal owns and is no joke really challenging at higher difficulties but when you clear and area it feels super rewarding. All these trannies play are walking sims and visual novels so having to put effort into something and feeling a sense of accomplishment without it being given to you is foreign to them.

Hell I'm old and bad at games and I am almost to the end of a Hurt Me Plenty (2nd up difficulty) playthrough. The feeling of clearing an area is so satisfying and unlike some games when I die I don't feel like the game is fucking me over. It's always because I fucked up and got too slow/stopped paying attention.
 
So I was thinking about my old days in GBS, and I remember there was some thread where the topic turned poly type relationships.

Most goons back then had their doubts about them/ didnt have a huge issues with monogamy. In fact I bet most alternative relationship practising goons back in the day could be found in the drug forum.

Anyway one goon said he was a happily married and did do the poly thing with his wife and it worked out pretty well.

The secret is to just go out to the club pick up a college slut and feed her molly and fuck her brains out.

The person didnt get dogpiled on and I can only wonder if that poster is still there or just quit posting.

That was Ion. He made a big post whining about it being impossible and apparently Blizz gave him a job shortly thereafter. He then climbs the ladder to Lead Developer or whatever and runs WoW into the ground. Quite hilarious. I had no idea he started some gay guild on SA, which kind of makes it all more funny to me.
