Okay, I am starting to grow really interested in finding out who the fuck these people donating to the patreon really are.

"The troons" keeps getting thrown around, but I'm suspicious of that at this point. Even if transvestite degenerates really were throwing 5$ a month out of their SSDI payments at LowT, that's an awful lot of "people" to add up to ~9k a month.

I'm guessing the vast majority of it is coming from YOSPOS, the overpaid low-grade IT janitor forum which happens to have a lot of overlap with the degenerate sodomites. Nothing else really makes sense.
I'd say YOSPOS is a good guess. It's a universal truth that goons tend to be fairly stupid, and dont have the best control over their money. I wouldn't be shocked at all if there were some YOSPOS fags contributing $50 monthly that haven't even thought about Lowtax in over a year, and their donation gets lost in the shuffle between their streaming subscriptions, medical bills, eThot tips, Kickstarters, and lootcrate knockoffs.

That being said, imagine making six figures but living in squalor and never being able to afford anything because you can't say no to random bullshit online.

The cat thread on yospos has quite a few people who enjoy it and have too much money. If that ever went away for whatever reason and I would bet that ol dick yanker would experience a considerable lightening of the slush fund.

Okay, I am starting to grow really interested in finding out who the fuck these people donating to the patreon really are.

Some of them are the original Gaming Garbage supporters who probably have no interest in the forums.

It was only last year that Lowtax started pushing the Patreon as a way to donate to the forums and a lot of people expressed concern at the time that donations to the Patreon would be spent on things other than the forums. It wouldn't surprise me if it's mostly those people who have cancelled their donations over the last few months. The decline was pretty constant even before the divorce drama.

you know, I've done some tabletopping with some really sensitive people in the past, but this makes them look like badasses by comparison

I'm pretty sure that if someone isn't able to voice their issues with something that they feel that strongly about to the point of actual PTSD, they and I are not going to get along.

I've been aware of similar "Rules based social interaction for the turbo autist" systems, and looked this one up online based on that fag's post, and its the faggiest I've read so far. The "official" rules include a really gay intro you're supposed to read which includes a line-by-line break down of why you say that line and how it conforms to social justice norms while using cult psychology on your players. And concludes "You use this so you can end with humor to lighten the mood!"

Does anybody know the offsite that the troons fucked off to? I’m dying to see their reaction to Lowtax saying FYAD could possibly be reopened in the future. It owns hard how FYAD just existing made them so mad.
They flounced off to the site bread and roses. However; they've locked it down and personally vet the people allowed to post in their safe space. meaning much like the troons themselves, it has an unsatisfying and short life ahead of it.

I cannot wait to see the spergs who whiteknight LowT's banfest get banned too as their cannibalistic friends throw them under the bus for whatever petty reason. The salt is going to be glorious

While researching the "X card" I found this image...

Sums it all up really.

Is that Jeff Kaplan?!
Could be, I have no clue myself.

Found it here: https://geekdad.com/2016/10/dd-for-young-dms-x-card/

Also LOL @ the comments:

So wait, does it mean everyone else in the group must conform to the idiosyncrasies of one player?

Yes, in a way, it does. As a player and DM with PTSD, this has been invaluable. It means I can play. D&D is a community game, and the best way to guarantee a fun game is to make sure the community works.
If a player or DM doesn’t want to use this tool, that’s fine. They can run with a different group. My group uses the X-card, and everyone at the table is fine with it. Nobody is forced to play a character they wouldn’t normally play. Nobody is forced to tell a different story. The story is just approached differently.
Sex and rape is done off-scene. It might still happen, but nobody at the table needs gruesome details. Corpses of children are omitted from explicit description, but a scene description might include “the bodies of villagers of all ages.”
Nobody NEEDS these story elements to be explicit. They are gratuitous and damaging to the game IF it knocks some of the players out of the story. Smooth story telling is a vital part of an ongoing campaign, and the X-card makes that possible for some groups.

I came back to this to emphasize: This isn’t a matter of idiosyncrasies. It’s a matter of mental health and community. If the table doesn’t work, there’s no game.
