Why the hell do they not want to finish writing 'suspicious'? Is it too hard for them? I don't see how that could be the case given they've time to carefully comb through everything someone says in off-site discord logs. They could at least look like they've a basic grasp of language.

The fuck are they referring to with "the cesspool of SA?" Is it one of the discords, or has another subforum been declared haram in the wake of FYAD?

It's a bit of a back story so I'll break it down as well as I can:
Tempus Thales and IAmKale run an offsite network of Goon Discords, commonly referred to GOON DISCORD NETWORK (https://goondiscordnetwork.com/). Which yall already probably know, the cesspool they are referring to is whats called the Unofficial SA Discord, which has about 3,000 people and up until a year or so ago was the defacto SA Discord. For a long time SA Discord was pretty ok, there werent many rules (infact lmbo for about a year Tempus Thales just completely copy pasted the BMW Discord rules to his site and used them) and there wasnt a big deal, but slowly one of the other big SA Discords, Serious Overchill, a more typical "Goons" discord aka brokebrain trannies and SJW powerusers, started filtering in and crying about all the Nazis.

Fast forward a year or two, the place is dead but people still cry about MUH NAZIS

The boner only gets harder when you realize it popped off because an SA mod was shitposting Brazilian snuff videos and WWII era guns with my naked man survival sim community until troons decided we were Nazis because we dont respect pronouns or something equally dumb.
 
This might be fun for some people to go through: Pick drops some hard truths, Ralp gets shit on, mods get shit on, TGRS gets shit on for not trying to have actual conversations with FYADs and just straight ban/probing them instead, there's mention of the whole KM and PPJ secret dox stuff... I don't know, there's a lot there.

Goons have always been above average, but never great at video games, and I've played with hundreds. Goons are probably better than redditors and worse than 4channers on average, but reddit and 4chan will have actual top level players post there. Something awful is too small, irrelavent, and cliquish to host anyone of talent (but then, that's true in general).

I take it Slowbeef attempting to play Metroid is not representative of SA in general?
 
Goons only excelled via numbers, and you could only sustain that for a short time then you'd just get dookie chuted by every twitch CSGO kid for the rest of eternity.

Nah, it's not. Slowbeef is worse then most SA let's players by a fair margin. Compare slowbeef to say, Diabeetus playing battle toads, or pretty much anything chip and ironicus put out and you'll see what I mean. I even watched a bit of his dark souls stream a few years back which cemented my opinion that he's sort of a slow learner, and his mechanics/reflexes are pretty bad.

I'd bet even the original laughing stock of SA LP, diseased crab, was better at games than slowbeef.
