tl;dr: Apparently ZDR unprobated ass and El Spider and someone from the trans thread came into the youtube chat and told Lowtax they'd been perma'd in the past, so Lowtax went and repermabanned them, and now the fate of the forums is being decided through a YouTube chat because Lowtax has literally no other avenue of being communicated with apparently.
