I think this actually happened but I don't know the details.

What I do remember is a goon taking a motorcycle across the country and staying at random goons houses along the way ending up with him sexually assaulting one of the women that let him stay at her house and then the mods banned the victim.
 
Has anyone else noticed that post histories are all fucked up?

If you click "post history" on a post or "find posts by user" on a profile, nothing after late February shows up. It's not even a consistent cut off date for all posters. You have people who posted in March whose last post is showing as 2x February, but people who posted on 2x February whose last post is showing as early Feb.

Partly right. It wasn't the matchmatching thread that ended in rape, it was some other goon meet thread that resulted in a rape acusation. Its the G.I. Dirtbag saga.
IIRC its one of those cases of G.I. Dirtbag being an autistic goon, and the girl he fucked-but-shouldn't-have while had some buyers remorse after the fact, along with being outted as a forum slut, so spun some tale along with her boyfriend about him getting them both drunk and then banging the girl on the couch after her boyfriend went to bed. The mods eventually banned everyone involved ( GI Dirtbag, the boyfriend, and the goonette ) for being drama whores.
From what I remember the only real crime GI Dirtbag committed (besides being a douche) was telling everyone about him fucking said BGQ.

edit: IIRC the victim was banned because she wouldn't go to the cops & her story kept changing. (GI Dirtbag's story stayed roughly the same, but when your story is "I'm a huge tool who drunkenly fucked my host's girl", that only helps so much.) So rather than play Rashomon, they booted everyone. One of the few Mod decisions I agree with.


The goon match making thread ended up with at least one goon marriage, and a lot of people who decided that actually meeting goons was a bad idea before the event.

That’s a different rape. Jesus I just said that. It was pre 2011, and it killed the goon love threads. Every time someone mentioned restarting it the e/n mods shut down the idea fast.

It wasn’t Two Worlds, but before he sperged out.

This is the problem with SA. All the horrible shit just blends together over the years.

Yes, its the same one. Goon Love is the Best Love. Zero rapes, unless you count the eye rape of dozens of goon photos.

Being denied access to the dating site caused Two Worlds to melt down. Caylen "Hat-eating Faggot aka Abe" Fucknuts initially posted a double-down challenge for Two Worlds -he had to use a Mod-Challenge thread to convince some goonette (or goon) to have mercy on him and go one a date with him or be banned. Some Goonette who knew Two Worlds irl messaged Abe after he'd opened the call out/mod challenge about how this was a bad idea as Two Worlds had stalked her & threatened her, so Abe locked the thread, banned Two Worlds, and mea culpa'd with all the deets after a few weeks.
Again, somehow a sane decision by SA moderation staff.

The Two Worlds thing was what made Abe decline a 2nd goon date thread, as there was no way to properly vet applications such that rape and/or murder wouldn't result.
 
Ok yeah. My bad. Shit between that and “protect my pukkins” guy and all the TCC dudes busted for crazy stuff it gets a little confusing remembering who committed which crimes.

The saga about the motorcyle goon was in the subfourm of AI, basically not a real rape just a stupid goon put the moves on a female motorcycle girl, she was also on some other duel sport forum. I think it was a back rub got weird they decided it was best not to speak of it.

Anyway the idot makes a new account and goes to A/T to talk about how maybe he creep ed a girl out. It didnt take long for people to figure out what was going on.

Honestly for goon drama I think it was rather tame.
 
Anybody remember that goon with the $2k gaming rig that got his children taken away because they were basically hoarders?

Goons are super fucked up and you always have to remind yourself when you see fucked up goons that they usually aren't early 20-somethings that might eventually learn and be better but that basically all of them are between 35-45. (as the SA userbase doesn't really grow since about a decade) Lots of people on there approaching middle-age or being middle-aged while being bronies and sperging about anime/whatever the creepy manchild obsession of the week is. That's also the few ones that aren't trannies. Also lots and lots and lots of alcoholics who will gladly admit to that fact.

There's also the anonymous confession thread that pops up here and there and while most of the confessions are obviously bullshit there's always a worrying amount of goons that confess to fucked up incest stuff/pedophilia. (especially pedophilia) Knowing the general population there, I'm inclined to believe those.

Honestly the goons like the hoarder gaming rig guy and others mentioned here were so bad even the megaspergs shit all over them for their behavior.

Old SA had at least some self-policing back then. We tend to remember those horrible ones more than the goons that made out ok in real life.
