Some keypoints as of watching (up to 7 minutes in):
Bob says that they are critics because of old AMAs and other things they've said in vlogs because some of the things that Jeremy says are said in these vlogs about movies (specifically Guardians of the Galaxy where he mentions about all the planets), but doesn't realize that some of the things on these videos are real criticism with fake/cynicism in it, and says that Jeremy isn't selfaware.
He also brings up a video of him whining about Winnie the Pooh getting a live action movie, but it wasn't really whining when he was actually offended at the idea (I remember Jeremy even saying at one point he'd rather have a movie to make from the ground up than a book of his to be adapted so coming from this I totally understand.)
Speaking of understand, I don't think Bob understands satire. He claims that it isn't satire and that it's the major defense people bring up. He even tries to compare and contrast the series to the onion, a news article site meant to fool people into thinking it's legit. In a twist of irony, Bob has been somehow fooled into thinking a series of videos is an actual review of movies that Jeremy likes including Lego Batman (Which even Lego Batman's creator even said he loved the vid and the series, and also said that one of the sins was completely true)
And further misunderstanding is this. This one took me by surprise, not only because of who he was gonna bring up but also the quote as well
Those are his words. "Comedy Genius." However, it's genius to think that this quote is good but in hindsight it's funnier when you see the qupte he uses.

With this quote, I can take two things from it. One, Comedy doesn't have to make sense to get and can be complex or simple. Two, not everyone will find certain things funny. People laugh at gore in horror movies because it looks so fake, people laugh at models spazzing out in video games, and sometimes people like to laugh at others nitpicking movies.
Carlos Mencia, a man who plagiarized, lied, and stole to get where he was in the world while also making nontroversies, is being sourced by Bob Chipman, a man who whines about people who plagiarize, lie, and steal to get where others are in the world even if they didn't, and also makes nontroversies even worse or just furthers them.
To quote something that is from one of, I will assume, Bob's favorite things in life.
