I'm not sure if it was mentioned in the thread, but Numbers Guy's bodycam video from the post office incident back in February 2022 was posted to YouTube. This was around the same time he filed a lawsuit against SA which included the line "Many people have stated they do not like or want me posting." Can vouch for this. I literally put in Donald Trump 1600 Pennsylvania Ave and the card validated just fine.

It's actually a debit card though, but it validates like a credit card to a payment processor. In order to sign up you have to link it to a valid bank account with a major financial institution (so no local credit unions). That's why it will let you run your card as Willie Nelson, because you've verified that the funds are valid so it does not matter what the card says.

The only real way you lose your privacy is if you are having something shipped to you because then you actually do have to provide a real address. Unless you use a proxy service.

Dang guess I'm going to have to have someone else buy me City Name Sports Team gear and moofwear

13 year old me was fuckin READY to spend their allowance on City Name Sports Team shit but the designs were fucking godawful especially considering the price. Always wondered back then why LowT didnt ask some goons to redesign them as parodies of actual logos.

It still has KYC so definitely use it for only legal purposes, but it's great for getting a service from one of those scummy operations that ignores it when you try to cancel and keeps charging you.

City Name Sports Team is one of the best ways to highlight how worthless Lowtax was.

Its a reasonably clever idea he stole from someone on the forums, and could have been a popular thing in the snarky 00's and 10's.
You could have aped various fanchise colors and fonts, and probably moved some good numbers. That was more effort than "none".

I feel this downplays it for Jeffrey a bit. Jeffrey was SA’s number two guy, running things day to day, for several years while Poor Richard had his spine literally crumbling into dust.

SA’s approved “trolling” these days is dad gay so what monkeycheese directed at approved targets who are lower on the progressive stack.
 
Ultimate SA experience must have been the forums poster who was just passing through Lee's Summit, decided to pay the office a visit, and found Lowtax passed out drunk on a couch.

Jeffrey was never running anything until he spent way too much lol. He was a guy trying to desperately fit into FYAD and got made fun of until he bought the site.

Honestly, he was fitting to inherit the site after Lowtax.
 
2005 was peak SA, with the torrent forums where you can chill and download/post about TV shows in the same thread.

The community was still populated by jaded but based funny posters instead of just degenerate white guilt communists, troons, and viscously misandrist cat ladies.
