It's pretty normal for people to play relatively few games that they're super into.

That's the type of player that makes up the hardcore segment of basically any playerbase, and in the case of stuff like Dota, TF2, and CS, that segment is probably the majority.

By "isn't killing anyone" he seems to be trying to ridicule the fact that the cartoon is treating Trump bombing an Assad military base in response to Assad gassing civilians from that base like he just decided to cluster bomb a crowded marketplace at random (hence "killing brown people"). Besides, I'm not sure people who willingly carry out war crimes in support of a dictator who's only gone more psychotic as he tries to maintain power are really people.
