Deep down they still want to live in it because all they want is a magic wand to solve their problems, but rather than confirm their delusions their idol called them degenerate freaks and told them to fuck off. If JKR said something along the lines of "you can cast 'dickusexplodus' to become a woman in the wizarding world and everyone would accept that" they'd still be worshiping at her feet.
 
Hogwarts Legacy was the best-selling video game in the U.S. in 2023, beating Call of Duty and Madden. Absolutely no one gave a fuck about the troons crying it's genocide, and it sort of marked the beginning of the end for their oversized influence.

The goons in that thread talking about how "wild" it is that Rowling is not canceled are engaging in the classic troon self-soothing technique of pretending some normal thing is outrageous (or vice versa) and everyone should acknowledge it, when really no one outside their shrinking bubble of weirdos even cares.

A time capsule of goon humor (how long ago did the mangosteen saga happen?), and I got a laff out of the GOONOIL promo code, because that's quintessentially SA. The whole place is dusty and cobwebbed. Like visiting a place you remember from your childhood, and it still looks like the way it was in 1985, everything is just decades older and grimier. Unreal. Feels like a museum of itself.
