Staying in Bumfuck, Missouri is probably the smartest thing Lowtax has done. goon bucks go a lot farther there than in Seattle or something.

He actually went full circle.

Missouri->L.A.->Seattle->Missouri

Taking a stab at his personal life, he might have a shittier selection of electronica shows to choose from but thats about it.

I don't think the forums would make enough money for Lowtax to live elsewhere. I imagine in any good city having enough space for a wife, kids, and a pitbull, would be crazy expensive. Not to mention the 4k he has to pay to chink wife every month.

I think thats what kills me, I think Lowtax is hilarious, witty and super astute when it comes to reading situations and making the most biting and humorus observations and adjustments to them. But the guy simply has zero drive. he's a miserable pile of regret and angst thats trying to escape the responsibilities he gave himself and keeps putting other people in charge who lack any of the assets that made his business great in the first place.

I honestly hope Lowtax finds happiness one day, because he's way too talented to just piss it all away while some neckbeards and limp-dicked retards turn his one great addition to the internet era in to a running gag about irreverance turned to irrelevance

He should move to Alaska then.
Or live on a raft in the middle of the Pacific Ocean.

Remember when goons tried to build a yoga retreat in the jungles of Hawaii? Oh it was great they tried to kill a weelze with a pellet gun, the gator they used to pull down trees was secured by being chained to a tree, then someone came hotwired it and used it to pull down the tree it was chained too.

yes richard go and be with your people

Lowtax's biggest problem is he can not accept criticism. When he gets flak for doing something he goes into WACKY ZANY meta mode and gets all "lol I'm just an idiot so therefore you're the bigger idiot for caring about an idiot to begin with!" Or if that doesn't work he starts crying about muh keedz! You'd think someone whose business model for the past 17 years has been "poke retards with a stick on the intenet" would have a thicker skin. But no, when they poke back he clutches his pearls and gets on his fuckin' high horse about UGH SUCH VULGARITY! A lot of people have kids, you know, and a lot of those people work much more stressful and shittier jobs than running an Internet daycare for NEETs but when they fuck up they don't start blubbering "Think of my children!" They have to fix their fuckups.

He's got a bit of a victim complex. You could see it in the shmorky thread, some people would make fairly strong, eloquent posts but he'd only respond to the low tier bait.

I expected this and am still disappointed

Is Notch really related to the alt-right? I remember back in 2010 (or whenever) he made a tweet that was racist, but I didnt know of him doing anything else that would be "unsavory".

In other words, Lowtax just picked a public fight with some random dude, then acted like "it was just a prank bro" to see who would come to the guy's defense? But even then, it was a meltdown over money and how he felt entitled to it, and not politics or anything. I think Lowtax's psychiatrist misdiagnosed him. Dude's bipolar or some shit, he needs more medicine than just antidepressants and boxed wine. Trust me, I use both and they dont work.

I googled a little bit and apparently Notch is associated with MRAs and alt-rights movements? But even then, this tactic is so incredibly stupid because to onlookers it doesn't look like a "social experiment", but one random dude freaking out on another, so as an onlooker you're inclined to side against the guy who started the fight.

He's only "alt-right" in the sense that everyone who tells an SJW to go fuck themselves with their arrogant, idiotic bullshit is now "alt-right."

I'm not a huge fan of Lowtax but I'll admit the man has built up one hell of a cult. There's people like that nutcase Fire who have spent upwards of $200 on various accounts even though they've been told told they are not welcome on the site, and half the troons on SS are salty as hell about being banned half a decade later. If Lowtax wasn't a lazy piece of shit he could be raking in six figures purely based on the obsessive autism of his target audience.

If he charged these morons a grand a pop for an apology video where he apologized for banning them I bet some of these idiots would go for it.

SS barely even mentions SA anymore. a lot of the people there were never even goons its more of a anti pc/sjw, god emperor worship station.

Funny, I thought Lowtax was the kind of guy who'd respond poorly to all posts, not the cheap bait.

Well that's Lowtax's style of argument. You can bring up several well reasoned points backed with facts and he'll pick the smallest or least relevant point and keep harping on that until people get tired of trying to get him to understand the complete picture. I don't know if he thinks it's cute or clever but it just makes him look a fool.

Where's the article dear Richard?
It's behind a paywall, so you have to pay ten bucks to read it.
Yeah, that's the story and he's sticking to it,

Edit:
Reminds me of an old song.

There's a ten bucks in my wallet, dear @Lowtax, dear @Lowtax,
There's a ten bucks in my wallet, dear @Lowtax, ten bucks.

Then give me, dear Goonie, dear Goonie, dear Goonie,
Then give me, dear Goonie, dear Goonie, give me.

Geez, that's lazy. If you're going to be an idiot over the internet, at least do it right.
