I thought he committed suicide because he got belligerent with a cop at 1am when he had a noise complaint filed on him by his neighbor, so he got a resisting arrest charge, but the suicide note encouraged his female friend to take a gender studies class.

Yes, his username was TS12. Iirc he was at a party (not his party) that got the cops called on it, got into a scuffle with them when they arrived in a soy-fuelled righteous rage. Instead of face a charge of assaulting a police officer, he threw himself off a bridge. He did indeed tell the readers of his suicide note to take a Gender Studies class.

An argument broke out in QCS about the bias in D&D moderation so the thread was locked. Another one was made and FAU declared that D&D is moderate and centrist then locked the thread.

How about "The Mods shouldn't ban or probate anyone who is making an honest effort to argue a point or otherwise not violating the forum/thread rules regardless of ideology, only probating people who obviously need a few hours to cool down, and only banning unfunny, low-effort trolls or anyone who obviously tries to derail threads."

SA was always that place where they'd constantly make a point to tell you just how perfectly centered and unbiased they were, hey, some were even right-of-center a bit, they'd say. Balanced, not far-left at all!

Then they'd say something ridiculously communist, or form a lynch mob over some imagined bigotry or other and start handing out bans to anyone who disagreed, all the while saying shit like "Well it's not my fault reality has a liberal bias!"
