I'm pretty sure when these mental healthcare professionals told him to write it down, they didn't mean on a comedy forum for asspats, yet here we are. I might show my age with that but this post is just appalling to me. I cannot grasp why you would share this with strangers or even semi-strangers in graphic detail out of your own accord, especially after you already had the chance to talk about these things with people you know in person. By his own statements it's not like he has literally nobody to talk to.

Also that was some serious drinking if she(SA, so maybe "she") was basically rotted from the inside with 26. Must've been really pleasant to be around her. There's no way that dude isn't also drinking or abusing something, otherwise he probably wouldn't have been able to stand it or would have at least not said it came "without warning". Also what kind of shitty friends has he that tell him to "not date other friends"? It's the best thing ever if your partner is also a good friend, and if that was always the case you'd have a lot less shitty relationships in this world where people can barely stand each other. Well I guess it's the kind of friends who drink themselves to death.
