It was Deorio that called out Mamamax schizo case, Muta was retarded enough to entertain Max and sign his NDA then quickly flaked on him as soon as other commentator Youtubers weren't entertaining Max's shenanigans and acted as a tag along against Max.

Mamamax was also one of the first Youtubers to call out Muta for being a two faced liar, issue was it came from his mouth and he kept tying it to his schizo case.

HO didn't seem like he was trying to get Muta jailed for saying he's something he's not (even saying if Muta did get in trouble, the worst PEO could do is ask "please stop calling yourself an engineer"), he seemed genuinely curious over whether Muta is violating any law over where he lives since everyone is spreading the thought that what Muta doing is illegal, so this is his way of fact checking.

It's the equivalent of asking the police "hey is this legal?", there's a difference between that and "ARREST THIS MAN RIGHT FUCKING NOW FOR LYING ON THE INTERNET YOU FUCKING NAZI SHITHEAP". One is a simple question, the other is a demand to punish people you don't like.

I think whats often forgoten in the story is that Mutahar was IRL friends with Max and and they hang out quite frequently. Despite Mutha claming he barley knew him later on.

I was thinking about your comment for a while, and I think that's another issue with Harmful reporting him instead of just consistently hammering home the point of "He was using fake authority to manipulate you". Harmful Opinions, in a weird way, gave Mutahar validation here. "See, I didn't break the law" will be interpreted as "I didn't do anything wrong, just some mild lies years ago!", and that just wasn't needed.

I don't think you should ask the cops "is this legal" either for the same reason. What if they say "Yes, and you know what? I'm arresting the guy right now!" If that happens for lies on the internet, I'm going to call the cop caller a faggot. It'd be better to call a lawyer to hear "It is, actually. He's claimed before over and over again that he's going to be stepping away from drama content and going back to his older style of content but he never does. He does what? Make 1 or 2 video game or tech related videos until the drama/trend-chasing content always overpowers any of what he promised? Yeah, this motherfucker better be pumping out creepypasta/gaming/tech videos on the double if he ever wants to go back to how his channel used to be.

But honestly, I think it's too late. Muta, in 2 years of constantly shitting out the most low-effort content, has managed to burn through all good will that his older videos of 10+ years managed to build-up. The drama content has made him unrecognizable from what he used to be. If he were to actually go through with his claims, he would pretty much just be skinwalking his older self and it wouldn't be good. Muta is barely the person he was back in 2014/2015/2016.

The person who used to do videos of hunting bigfoot in GTA: SA and and look at weird websites that he thought were interesting is gone. The magic of the relatively obscure creepypasta, gaming, and tech channel is gone and it ain't coming back.
