Sure, it was a fairly minor point in his video, but he absolutely thought it was very serious that Mutahar was illegally calling himself an engineer.

I just think its a little bit gay to go "You were telling minor lies on internet? I'm calling the authorities on you!' The argument should have been "You've been lying on the internet for years about being an engineer? lol, retard! Here's a video of all of the times he lied!" Overall, I just think the lies are funny, and from the start I said he should just continue to upload videos like nothing happened.

You, and many others, have missed the point entirely. The issue is not him lying about being an engineer, it’s him lying about it to falsely position himself as an authority figure on certain topics. He uses these lies as the basis of his condemning of people like Maldavius Figtree. That’s the issue. Not some degree garbage.
I'd only heard his take on this in the latest MATI, but he empathized with Mutahar using the term and argued that gatekeeping it behind academia was bullshit. Overall, he wasn't as critical of Mutahar as some people (in terms of content creators who covered the story, that is) and some people in the MATI thread were upset with his take. That all said, I'm just taking the piss by flip-flopping to the pro-Muta side and still find him to be a dishonest person overall.
He's right about academia holding terms hostage but most people don't lie about their qualifications for a decade or more and when they do they are rightfully criticized.

He lied about being a hot shot video editor traveling around the world, when he worked on mostly film school and local projects. He lied about being a cybersecurity expert when he realized that deep web videos would be lucrative for him. He lied about being a programmer or engineer when in reality he only spent a semester in Computer Engineering and Sciences. He’s been doing this song and dance for over a decade at this point.
