He could've just put the creepypastas in the bag and all of this would've been avoided

And Better Help, Honey, and Blue Chew for other youtooberz. If it isn't a mobile game or vpn ad, then the scam is slightly hidden. If the Established Titles controversy (that Mutahar was actually a part of) taught me anything is to distrust youtubers.
If he really is working as the IT guy at some company as basically a router babysitter that rarely has any work to do, this could be the case. Maybe he had to do a reset on all the computers at the office because someone sent ransomware on the company email. As of this moment he seems to have broken his daily upload streak which has been going on for a good long while.
Maybe he needs to work extra hours at his job so he doesn't have time for his little YouTube side hustle?
That's what's so strange about him, and what I said about Maldy before, he says a lot but explains almost nothing. It reminds me of Tai Lopez, you watch one or two videos and you might be fooled he knows something or is building to a point but describes it in another video. Then when you watch a bunch of videos you realize every video is the same, it's a shallow mess of babble that doesn't really answer anything if you're actually looking for an answer instead of marveling at someone babbling about nothing as an authority. That is a doube edge sword. You start dropping some jargon normies will think it is extra impressive, but if someone who knows more calls you out then it would be easy for them to light you up if you are using terms wrong like "code cave".
Muta never really gets super detailed about technical stuff which doesn't help him back up his claims that he is an "engineer", but it also doesn't give people ammo to call him out for it either.
That's why south-east asians dominate that shit with AI-slop and copying other people's idea, they are hustlers and they DON'T care if they are going to make a 80 year old lady part ways with their money, it's all about that guapa, that skrilla, that cheedar cheese, so... DO NOT REDEEM THE GIFT CARD.The dream of being a YouTuber with integrity is dead, it never existed I suppose.
sure maybe youtube isnt his job, but in that case hes unemployed and coasting on jewtube shekels lol. definitely a great look when trying to posit yourself as a tech expert with pro credentialsExactly, that’s why it’s such an obvious lie when he says YouTube isn’t his job. Of course it fucking is and he he has millions of subs and probably makes millions from it. Not sure why he has to lie about that.
It reminds me of the "smart" stolen valor dudes. They know enough about the military to know the general rank structure and what an MOS is, and are wise enough to know that claiming to be a signal technician or CBRN specialist arouses way less suspicion than claiming to be a green beret or navy seal. It's not until you start really probing for details that you find the inconsistencies with their stories and the gaps in their knowledge. That is a doube edge sword. You start dropping some jargon normies will think it is extra impressive, but if someone who knows more calls you out then it would be easy for them to light you up if you are using terms wrong like "code cave".

The YouTube comments I've seen - probably left by high schoolers on summer vacation and neets - say that it's totally doable. And I want to say IMHO, idk if that's true? At least to the extent he does.I used to watch his videos but i always thought it was strange that he would talk about having a "normal job" but would literally upload videos every fucking day. Either he has an editor that did the work for him or he was spending little to no time with his family / wife.
I'm surprised he wasnt caught earlier
Imho it's basically a modern slop version of "OMG YOU GOT TROLLED I WAS PRETENDING TO BE RETARDED" once someone points out that they are, in fact, retarded. It's funny to see these guys try to farm credibility with the "YouTube is not even my real job" angle. Since most of what they do is go after other creators in drama slap fights.
And that weird hair care and skin care line he and a bunch of other YouTubers started that went nowhere. And Better Help, Honey, and Blue Chew for other youtooberz. If it isn't a mobile game or vpn ad, then the scam is slightly hidden.
20 years of fixing printers, resetting laggy PCs and forgotten passwords of staff usernames.Muta has been fucking around with computers for 20 years.
Long rant people probably won't care to read, but it's an opinion. Skip to look at a picture of a cat.
After skimming the comments I've seen people say some relatively negative comments about SOG. I can't attest to his character on his personal level or professional level because I have not spoken with him in any capacity beyond "Hello", "Thanks", "No problem", etc.
However, regarding his "skill set" and level of expertise, I don't believe he is lying. It may be possible he is being exaggerating his education level, but I don't believe he is a complete moron which others have suggested in the comments.
For those unfamiliar, in the Cyber Security and Information Technology field, it is extremely common for individuals to be labeled an 'engineer' despite not being an 'engineer' in the traditional sense. Individuals do not need to possess a degree, or have a powerful understanding of mathematics, like a civil engineer or mechanical engineer would. The engineering term in the software or software architectural sense is more akin to developing, maintaining, or designing a system in which a system of "systems" may exist, interact, or interopt with each other. It is still engineering, however it is an abstraction ... it does not "feel" like engineering has historically. Other engineers strongly dislike people in the Information Technology field being labeled engineers, but it is what it is, dawg. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Previously, he purchased a copy of our malware collection from us. It is approx. 36,000,000 malware payloads, as well as papers and source code, and upon receiving the drive he dug into it immediately. I watched his analysis video where he played with the malware payloads. He certainly isn't a "malware person", in that he didn't seem to understand certain attributes about the malware payloads he was "playing" with. However, he still understood the high-level overview on how some of them work. Basically, it was like watching a slightly-less noob explain to noobs. It was cool. No hate. I think he had fun and had fun showing others. Ultimately this is what we strive for. Computers and malware are fun!
I do not believe him to be a skilled reverse engineer, .. or malware developer, ... or Threat Intelligence analyst, ... or anything that we (our collective membership) would focus on, but I do believe he possesses an education beyond the average person and I do believe he has a career in Information Technology. The extent of his career is debatable, it would be purely speculative, but watching some of his videos whereas he describes the method in which malware and Threat Actors use to facilitate the exfiltration of sensitive data, or deploy payloads, is accurate and illustrates he is present in the field.
Being painfully blunt: maybe he is exaggerating, I don't know, but I've met people in my field far less educated than him with far more "clout". Honestly, he could be a entry-level, or maybe mid-level, systems administrator (working under a Senior) primarily designated to password resets or installing keyboards for people. He could an entry-level, or mid-level Intelligence Analyst which (no disrespect to our Threat Intelligence homies) act as paper pushers, just collecting and moving the analysis of other more skilled Intelligence Analysts.
I think it's difficult for YouTubers because they're putting themselves into such a visible spotlight. SOG is showing his face to potentially millions of people and, if he makes a mistake, or mistakes, it can be knit-picked, misconstrued, or abused to attack him. I don't believe SOG is a malicious person. I don't believe SOG is a pathological liar or con artist. I think he is a big goofy dork who does things on the computer that will inevitably attract negative attention because he is a big goofy dork and people don't like that sometimes.
Maybe I'm missing something, I'm not a person who tunes into YouTube conflicts, so it's possible I'm missing a big chunk of information. But from my perspective it seems like an unnecessary jab from people at SOG because they don't like hes a big goofy dork.
Cat picture as promised.
I read the post and i mostly agree with it, i think people just hate being lied to.they bring an interesting perspective on the whole engineer controversy
