I know this post is from 2021 but I know exactly what its like working with Indians. powerleveling but some of these Indians in this grocery store had been working there for 25 years and still couldnt speak english for shit. They all were rude cunts too as to be expected.
Indians in the professional world pathologically lie to get the job - they lie about who they know, their experience, credentials, and skills. Once they get the job, they use the fact that nobody likes them or wants to deal with them to muscle their way up the corporate ladder until they are in a spot where they can interview and hire other Indians, which they do. Within a couple years they move their entire extended family of pajeets into the company.
On top of that, they arrange for outsourcing to India to their mates, who also take the outsourcing contracts for many other companies concurrently. So they are getting paid by Western companies for 4-5 jobs at once. Once they have entrenched themselves into your company, whether through IT/software contracting, banking, insurance administration, they will start to take on other clients to focus on, because they know they can put you on the backburner. This is when you have truly lost, because you will now spend inordinate amounts of time arguing with them via email just to get them to do their job. Want to have a meeting to sort the shit they haven't done out? Sorry, they are really busy.
They are like the Jews of the Orient. But they are even worse because a lot of them (darker/lower caste ones) are straight up fucking retarded, and they are often lazy and combative, no matter the caste. At least with Jews, they can often deliver results, and know how to work hard if they want to., The lighter Indians/northerners are generally a bit more well-spoken and civilised tbf, but often times they just use their intelligence and knowledge of other Indians to ensure that they end up on top.
