ICE has gone too far this time! Why, why, these...thugs think they can just arrest illegal aliens and return them to their home countries! Somebody's gotta do something! Unfortunately, we have a lot of libtards on this forum who only know what they see in Marvel movies and read on reddit. Since you libtards keep getting yourselves shot by ICE agents, I've decided to write a simple FAQ to help you not die.

Isn't the correct term, '"undocumented immigrant?"
Great question! Despite what the New York Times, CNN, and other media outlets that assured you Trump was a Russian spy may have told you, the correct legal term is unlawful alien or illegal alien.

Are illegal aliens really criminals?
Unlawful entry into the United States is a misdemeanor under 8 U.S.C. § 1325. Unlawful reentry after deportation is a felony under 8 U.S.C. § 1326. It's also a crime to bring someone here illegally as well under 8 U.S. Code § 1323.

Does ICE have the right to deport all these illegal aliens without a trial?
Deportation is a civil proceeding, not a punishment for a crime. It's kind of like how if you get caught with narcotics, the police can just take them, no trial needed.

Is ICE federal law enforcement?
Yes, ICE is federal law enforcement under the Department of Homeland Security, 8 U.S.C. § 1357.

Do they have the right to arrest US citizens?
Yes, all federal officers have the right to arrest US citizens who commit crimes in their presence, including obstruction of justice, 18 U.S.C. § 3052, assaulting or impeding federal officers, 18 U.S.C. § 111, or obstruction of investigation, 18 U.S.C. § 1505.

Waow! What about free speech?
Freedom of speech does not include the right to interfere with law enforcement.

Can an ICE officer shoot me in my fucking face if I don't intend to kill him?
If you are doing something an officer can reasonably interpret as threatening life & limb, like hitting him with your car or grabbing at your waistband when trying to fight off an arrest, he can shoot you right in your fucking face, and you will fucking die.

Well, if I die, can't I--
Stop right there. If you die, it's over. There's nothing left for you. No respawns, no savescumming, nothing. It's just over. It's really important for you to not die.

I don't agree with immigration law. What are my free speech rights?
You can complain online or in public.

Does free speech give me the right to barricade officers or try to stop them from arresting illegal aliens?
No. Those are federal crimes.

What about de-arresting someone who is part of my community?
That's also a federal crime.

Are you saying I can't actually do anything to stop ICE?
Correct. You can complain. You can vote. You can't actually try to physically stop law enforcement from enforcing laws you don't agree with without committing crimes yourself.

But illegal aliens are part of my community! What about yummy yummy food trucks? Where does the federal government get off thinking it has the right to control who lives in my community?
The Naturalization Clause in the Constitution, Article I, Section 8, Clause 4, grants Congress authority over immigration. States have no jurisdiction here.

Well, you're mean! And a bootlicker! I'm going to take a gun to an ICE protest and get into a fight with an officer and show you just how we Jedi do things at Hogwarts!
Do not do this.

Could you explain further about this? I'm seriously asking. What standard of proof is necessary, and who makes the decision for deportation or not? As much as I want border hoppers of all colors out of my fucking country (I don't discriminate), I also don't trust the federal government because they are glowniggers.

Is this going to be like the early 2000s where anybody the government doesn't like is suddenly a terrorist and therefore has no rights? I am deebly goncerned about the idea of presumptive guilt. You're an illegal immigrant, therefore you have no rights, therefore you have no right to defend yourself against the charge of being an illegal immigrant.

I understand the scale of the problem is massive and faggot NGOs maliciously clog up legal machinery as much as possible to keep their pets here. I'm still hoping we don't have to make a choice between due process and also kicking out all the illegals. I believe in a world where we can have both.

And most importantly for White/Jewish ShitLibs: if you die defending Third World rapists & fraudsters:
- the Somalis you died for will step over your corpse to collect on their next Medicare scam
- a Dinduisha will remind everyone that Huwite Colonizers do NOT get to "Rest in powah!"
- a pReddit moderator will remove any "Say his/her name!" posts, as this movement only centers Trans-POC of Calories

(Funniest part of this is that the building where this happened has at least 9 separate "health", "learing", and "development" scams under African names. No idea if related to today's immigration enforcement, could just be you can't take a picture in Minneapolis without capturing millions in Third World fraud.)

What standard of proof is necessary,
Not having US citizenship, permanent legal residence (green card), or a valid visa showing the federal government has authorized your presence inside the United States
and who makes the decision for deportation or not?
A United States immigration court judge
Is this going to be like the early 2000s where anybody the government doesn't like is suddenly a terrorist and therefore has no rights?
There was one case of a US citizen being denied their rights under terrorism laws: Jose Padilla. After four years of confinement in a military prison, his case was transferred to civilian court in 2006. He was convicted in 2007 and sentenced to 17 years in federal prison (increased to 21 years on appeal)
You're an illegal immigrant, therefore you have no rights, therefore you have no right to defend yourself against the charge of being an illegal immigrant.
This is like claiming that you have the right to apply in court for the return of illegal narcotics seized from your possession by law enforcement. You cannot claim that you are not an illegal alien when you are not a citizen/are not in possession of a valid green card/a valid visa. You can make a claim for asylum, that's it
I believe in a world where we can have both.
No, you cannot have a world where possession of narcotics is illegal and you can contest that your possession of them without a DEA license is legal. You cannot have a world where you can claim not to be an illegal alien while possessing no valid documentation of legal status. No ticky no laundry

Federal immigration law requires all noncitizens to carry their visas on them at all time. If an ICE officer has reasonable suspicion that you are not a citizen, he may ask you if you are a citizen (lying about this is also a crime). If you are not a citizen, don't have your visa, and get arrested, you have ample time to retrieve your visa and show it to the court. If you can't do this, you go home.

It's really important for you to not die.
Why are you trying to help these people to not die? Not that any will read your comical post.

You must know that their arguments are not in pursue of the truth and what's right, but about what they want, and to accomplish it by any means necessary. "The law doesn't say so, you're lying, and if it does, it's rigged by fascists, or they are not enforcing it properly, also look how they mistreat scared innocent people, plus you're a MAGAtard that hates minorities, the ones working for ICE must be race traitors".

The excuses they'll make up for that retard that drove into the ICE agent leading to her death, have you not seen them? It's obvious that they're in the wrong, maybe also ICE has not acted entirely professional, but that does not validate what they stand for.

So let them get shot in the face. It's good to let them make mistakes, and the more outrageous they are, the harder will the pendulum swing in return afterwards.

I don't suppose it's occurred to these heroes that having gangs of yelling, obstructing and screaming freaks with a cacophony of screeching whistles makes communications between the ICE agents , at best, difficult.
No, quite the opposite. It has occurred to them and they’ve factored it into the rationale for the strategy. Disrupting communication with the intent to disorient and isolate is one of their stated purposes.

Not having US citizenship, permanent legal residence (green card), or a valid visa showing the federal government has authorized your presence inside the United States
And ackchyually, green card is "permanent" in the sense it doesn't expire, but it's a guest status that can be revoked, and is supposed to be automatically forfeited in the case of felonies or "moral turpitude", like drug crimes, DUIs, or going back abroad for extended periods (ie securing your green card as fallback plan while returning home).

Or advocating for terrorism, terroristic groups, and foreign groups or nations who oppose the US, or advocating its overthrow, etc. So all those Palestinian flag university students, for example.

This may be surprising since we haven't really enforced these in so long, to protect the American tradition of importing destructive people who hate their hosts or something.

Not having US citizenship, permanent legal residence (green card), or a valid visa showing the federal government has authorized your presence inside the United States
Also the very obvious suspicious paperwork, pending immigration court cases, or lack of filed taxes.

Along with the usual basic bitch signs @The Ugly One due to how blatant and rampant illegal immigration had become:
-poor English, if any at all
-no actual on-paper job
-overcrowded house of other migrants (illegals usually)
-being dependent on Welfare specifically for Illegals

This is what happens when you allow anyone to join with only a few weeks of training

You forgot an important one: Always tell your wife and her boyfriend that you're going to an ICE protest. This way if something happens to you they know to periodically log into your animal crossing game and take care of things there.
