Also, vandalizing a speed limit sign like that is dangerous. Yes, it's easy algebra, but when you're driving you don't really have the time or attention to solve an equation in your head. Especially considering that you can only read a speed limit sign for a few seconds.

It looks like a prop for a Naked Gun gag, if the movie was literally a lethally unfunny documentary.

You are indeed correct. We need to start a GoFundMe to get Kevin to Russ (Russ doesn't fly, so Kevin's got to go to Russ). Once there, we will set up a UFC octagon, and let the autistic flailing commence. We'll charge for PPV, and tickets for the venue itself, and we'll split the donations between a charity of Taylor Swift's choice, and the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill.
 
My sister relayed a tale of a Very Smart Person to me today. My sister has a PhD in her field of study. She was arguing with a person whose total education on the subject consists of having read a "For Dummies" book on the topic. I'm generally against elitism, but when it comes to knowledge, yes, I will take the word of someone who's advanced the field through applied science over someone who skimmed a book in Barnes and Noble.
 
Pure sodium is dangerously explosive in open atmosphere, pure chlorine is toxic, together, they make table salt that is not only harmless, but something you can't live without.
