What's funny is Fire Emblem has characters that aren't straight already. However, due to being "problematic" people dislike them. Niles, a male criminal, can be romanced as a male or female player character. As well as Rhajat, a female dark mage. Both are from Fire Emblem Fates. Though not romancable in the game she's from Tharja does develop a crush on a female Robin.

So people could be drawing pride stuff with them as they're actually bisexual characters but they're not PC enough so they don't.

I really dislike how Rhajat is dismissed as a bisexual character just because she is basically Tharja 2. Who is also bisexual, just the difference is she isn’t romancable as a female character.

I just wanted to share something from the Cookie Run official twitter in regards to white-washed art, so I believe it's appropriate for this thread. They posted fan artwork a few days ago and as usual someone had to come in and ruin the fun, this time however, the devs actually responded.

Something that's always bothered me about ref sheets for characters with distinct spot patterns... do the people that draw them not realize how annoying it is to redraw those same patterns over and over again? Let alone how annoying it would be for people you are potentially going to commission art from?

Stupid patterns are not a substitute for good character design. Besides the dumbass antennae this character is painfully generic as far as modern deviantart furries go. Adoptable culture and bases have really perpetuated this nonsense.

I remember seeing a ref sheet for a leopard character once (not a furry, an actual four-legged leopard), and after looking at more works featuring it, I was astounded at the consistency the artist showed with the character's spots. I don't know why anyone would do that to themselves.
