Unfortunately, I have known several enby girls who have gone on HRT. As far as I'm aware, it's some attempt at androgyny. If they had a lower voice, for instance. They truly think that they can become this magic state where people look at them and go, "GOSH I DON'T KNOW WHETHER THAT'S A GIRL OR A BOY?????"

Or worse yet, when someone is like a "demigirl" or "demiboy" and only feels like 70% girl, so they'd go on HRT to achieve that "30% boy" look. While I don't know anyone off the top of my head who has done this, I have absolutely zero doubt that this has happened. Sadly a lot of this is girls thinking that femininity is weak or bad.

Alright, that might be on me for not including that this was two pictures for one person, so I just assumed that siquid3m paid $50 for two versions. I’m not sure if that’s the case because I’m not contacting either of the people involved to find out.
