I could see Lisa and Daria doing something like that. As for Jazmine, if she went that way, I can just imagine her being a total cunt to her parents (or at least her white mother).

You know what's ironic? All these feminist/SJW artists have made me a bigger fan of the female form and beauty. Maybe its out of rebellion, but it opened my eyes to it.

(also ha, ha, ha. Dora and/or Diego as illegals. I have never heard that one. That joke was stale more than a decade ago.)

Because Suzie wasn't enough of an obnoxious token already.

When you realize a character is only in a series to be black as a goddamn child, you know the writers fucked up. Of course the idiots at BGD would like her, though.

Also they have no right to bitch about bronies making clop art when they turned Dora the goddamn explorer into some Latin fat fetishist... thing.

What little personality Suzie did have was that of an insuferable Mary Sue from what I remember. As a kid I always wished Angelica would get sick of her shit and shove her down a flight of stairs or into a wood chipper or something. Even today, she's pretty high up on the list of fictional characters I hate the most.

Last I heard token representation didn't count as representation, so you'd think these chucklefucks wouldn't be pimping that character as a good example of a ~strong woman of color~
 
I thought for a foolish optimistic moment that my favourite murderous shitlord was safe from the Tumblr Style, since some of what he does in canon would offend your average Tumblr user.

It might just be the art style since it looks like they tried to make humanized Mettaton chubby, even though the canonical design is slim.

Drawing Mettaton as a female is oddly common in the fandom, though, or as a MtF trans. I suppose it's because of his second form having a more feminine form and many people will use that to headcanon trans characters so that they feel there's more representation for trans persons. There's been some sperg-outs about it by the more rampant SJW Undertale fans.
 
I recall the good ol' days, when drawing a genderswapped version of a character was an "oh, neat" moment at best, and someone's sexual fetish at worst, and not an identity politics movement that forced you to pick a side upon pain of having your computer hacked or cell prank called.

you would think that artists would want to make their art actually resemble the characters they are trying to portray, but dear lord i couldn't even tell that was Adachi (or Dojima for that matter) until you posted his pic. I still see no resemblance. I just don't get it.
