This is barely clarification. Is it the artist's personal OC, or is it a bastardization of a canonical fandom character? Artists with troon ocs are a dime a dozen and unless it's especially egregiously ugly (like Yelloart ; but even then I didn't think she deserved more than 1 feature post due to her content being OC focused), it doesn't exactly count. I'm gonna be honest if there is genderbended pics of Eggman. I expect them to be fat I mean his name isn't Eggman for nothing although Jim Carrey isn't fat so idk why they aren't going after the movie version. I just can't see the artist making anything other than young anime girls with that art style.
Realistic Eggman genderbended or not is ugly regardless just like sonic 06 Eggman.

That more realistic design doesn’t look fat enough for me. It’s not that hard to make the egg shaped character an egg. 600lb life has tons of examples of what super overweight women look like if someone needed the inspo.
I agree the person who drew this skinny design doesn’t need to and shouldn’t apologize. Yeah I may not like it but that doesn’t mean they should be harassed for a different take on the character.

This artist is coping so hard. You didn’t “just get” good black representation in cartoons. I hate how they cherry pick examples from the 30’s and 40’s for this argument. The earliest positive black cartoon character I can think of is Fat Albert and that show started in the 70’s. It even covered topics like racism.
