I'd love to see where they cited case law to support their arguments Shane. Because the one person who actually cited a rule to possibly show Ty is in any way at fault or mistaken, was quickly shown to be completely wrong about what the rule states.

But what does it get them even if true? It's a clinical condition that isn't associated, as far I know, with raping everyone you come across.

It seems like the entire thing from the start was they were jealous or otherwise unhappy with a popular and decent looking dude that got lots of consensual action. For example the plaintiff's lawyers may ask something like: "Mr. Shoesperg Holmberg, is it true you agreed with Mr. Toye and Ms. Rial to continue the defamation of Mr. Mignogna on their behalf and thereby acting as their agent?"
He would have to say yes which is bad, or no and then be shown how he was lying which is worse.

Also mandatory: Show a reliable source that Vic did that or shut the fuck up, Shoe Boy.

They get to broadcast it all across the internet to try and shame Vic with it.

Unfortunately for them, most people at this stage hear the term "Sex Addict" and immediately think of celebrities who were caught cheating and just wanted an excuse to not get gutted by their partner, and as such just roll their eyes. 99.999999% of people don't give a fuck. (pun very much intended)

But then there's people like Shane and the Penguinfucker who will take that and run with it to push the concept that Vic is a sex pest which is only one tweet away from turning into Vic is a serial molester.
