The fact that Shane's whole MO is to take whatever is reality and distort it to make the kickvic side look good (or perhaps more accurately standwith side look bad) speaks volumes. Frankly, the amount of mental gymnastics it takes to do this and actually get a couple people to believe it is astounding. This has been an ongoing theme with all of Shane's online activity. None of it holds up to even the most basic of objective scrutiny. It just shows how scared the kickvic side really is. Whether the only evidence they can gather is heresay, or severely twisted "evidence", or outright lies, its all fair game to throw at the wall and hope it sticks for them.

Another tactic I've noticed Shane use, is find one random exceptional sperg on the standwithvic side who says something stupid, and try to make that person a poster child for the standwithvic side even though anyone who really knows whats going on can tell that its just some retarded weeb who isn't paying enough attention.

Finally, one of the most amusing things is the occasional person who backs Shane into a corner, where he can't keep dodging the questions (and he does love dodging them a lot) that would expose him, he just blocks them. In fact, he's quite fond of blocking anyone with coherent arguments all together.

Its really sad, but says a lot for what kickvic and shane in particular is working with.

And my later posts elaborate on this point further. We knew about this, thanks to Nick and Ty, well before you did. We don't need to see the docs on actual BHBH letterhead, because we've gathered them firsthand and actually sent them to BHBH in the first damn place. So, their release adds nothing to the conversation, and changes nothing about the case. Again.

I was partially convinced that "Shane wants to get sued" was a meme at this point. But that fuckwit is actually trying.
I'll say it again - HOW EMBARRASSING is it to be so insignificant that people are basically saying "I wouldn't even sue you"?

The defamatory statements actually need to have some ability to cause harm. But nobody actually believes or listens to Shane. His words carry no weight and do no actual damage. Nobody believes this lying loser about anything.

This is the same reason nobody will bother hauling shame into deposition. He has no credibility as a witness. Every public statement is bullshit or an outright deliberate lie. He's a complete waste of everybody's time.
 
Shane's definition of "encouraging Vic to seek the help he needs" is to utterly destroy the man's reputation by slandering his name and character on social media and make him into such a pariah that no one will hire him. If it hasn't been said before, you're a piece of shit, Shane. I genuinely hope someone finds you at the convention you "organize" and gives you the biggest swirlie you should've received when you were in high school. It's really all you deserve.
