They told us when the preservation of evidence letters were sent and then later told us when the retraction letters were sent. Many jurisdictions require that before you file a defamation action you must first make a retraction request - I live in one of them.

I apologize for my laziness but since it wasn't covered in the OP: What's with the shoe eating thing? I've been reading up on the latest in this trainwreck and keep seeing it mentioned. I must know its origins and how this degeneracy was discovered. 200 pages is far too much effort for some nobody who's barely worth a footnote in the Vic saga.

During Nick Rekieta's infamous livestream where he 'debated' Shane, at one point a shoe is seen in the background on top of a cutting board. The argument was that it was to stop the dog from eating it, and Shane didn't want it to (presumably because he wanted the shoe all to himself).

Worse, people were giving Shane an out. Some people speculated the shape and size made it looks like a blender with the pitcher removed (and it kind of did). but no, Shane admitted there was a shoe on his cutting board to keep the dog from eating it.

Also I just realized he has windex near food preparation surfaces. Odd choice of seasoning. Explains some things.

Obviously his IQ must be at the limit of normality (~75 IQ). He can't even imagine that everyone can see clearly in his acting (except the 3 disabled who take him seriously).

And for fuck's sake.... He's completely obsessed with Rekieta. The guy must be dreaming about him. Is he in love or what?

Also, a reminder that this latest attack comes from Shane misinterpreting what both Nick and Beard said. As usual.

The lynchpin of his entire attack comes from interpreting the following statement: "I never sent a C&D to Shane", as "I never sent a C&D period".

On top of the notices actually being Texas Defamation Mitigation Act notices and not proper C&D letters (which, again, MUST, and I stress again, MUST be sent before filing a suit with Defamation as a Cause of Action), which is, admittedly, a technicality in this situation, this is yet another clear example of Shane's disingenuous gaslighting and spinning of facts that is far more blatant and harmful than anything Nick has ever done.

I draw your attention to the first line in this screencap:

Please, again, tell me how this statement (which in actuality is referring to Ron Toye calling VIC a POS), is not one where Shane is insinuating that he, himself, received a C&D from BHBH, for statements he, himself made in reference to Nick.

Captain Ahab here is so obsessed with hunting his alt-right (lolno) straight white christian whale that I believe there is no distortion, spin, or fabrication he is unwilling to engage in to destroy his hated enemy.

I state again: You as a moral busybody (I refuse to use the term "journalist") are more dangerous than Nick, Vic, or anyone else you claim to attack. When you think you're right, you do terrible things, because you think you're right.

I have a theory that Shane will be the ultimate proof of civil conspiracy.

He has on multiple occassions alluded to his "many sources", during the Nick stream he was being fed lines and talking points from a Discord server and most recently he said he took a vote on releasing the BHBH letters.

If there is a private discord with all of the defendants and big players using Shane as a mouthpeice and this is the stuff they release publicly, it makes me wonder what else might be on there.
