You're implying it wasn't broken from the start of this whole debacle. Who in their right mind would believe arguing a lawyer armed with only Google and a shitty Discord would be a good idea?? If anything, his stupidity is breaking MY brain.

Except, they -did- say they sent them. On or around March 20th, 2019, give or take a bit in either direction. Ty mentioned, on stream with Nick, that he was either about to, or already had sent out the Texas Defamation Mitigation Act notices, which you quite clearly detail here. The specifics, involving the fact that they're on BHBH letterhead and the like, are irrelevant, as the statements mentioned are quite clearly from the twitter feed of Ron Toye. Seeing them again printed on BHBH letterhead does not make them "new and exciting" documentation. We have already seen, and archived, these statements months ago.

Also, you're assuming Nick and Ty are paying direct attention to you. They are not. Any statements you make go through at least 4 steps of telephone before actually reaching Nick or Ty, especially since you've blocked Nick.

They'd be better just making a new Twitter account and publishing the supposedly "ground-breaking" documents there, as is, with no baggage (and shoes) included that constantly give stupid takes.

It's Nick, he is trying his hardest to get back at Nick but he doesn't realize it was his own doing that made him look stupid on Nicks stream. Hell all he had to do was go over a blank Convention Contract, hiring procedures, how they scout for which VA's to bring things like that and he would have coming out just fine. Instead he tried to tell a lawyer how the law works......
