At this point I can't see any possible benefit Funimation would have from coordinating with the VA's? Especially not since Casey sought to dump everything on them.

Me neither. And they sure as hell don't want to risk being dragged into any co-ordinated testimony schemes the VAs might come up with.

Funi seems to be biding their time, and they'll now have the luxury of seeing just how badly Monica and Ron throw them under the bus with their depositions.
 
I have heard it said that heavy pot usage pauses the maturing of the brain. I'm now wondering what Shane's parents were like that they didn't notice their 7 year old smoking multiple joints a day.

He and Huber were the only ones as part of the public. I will ask Tazz, but those were the only people I listed were there. I would assume he would have said "Oh and two other guys in suits"

If by "heavy pot usage" you mean "they dropped heavy pots on little Shane's head until he was 26", then sure I'd believe that

Even if there were 4 lawyers present, Monica and Ron have at least 2 and Vic has 4. Without the names of the lawyers present there's no evidence whom they represented.

And what a grandiose shitshow that would be. Monica and Ron blaming Funi, Funi blaming the VAs about misleading information, Marchi pointing the finger at Ron and Monica, Shane sperging out and blaming Foot Locker for running out of his favorite flavor of New Balances... I can't wait, if even only part of this happens.
