It will certainly make it harder for the defendants to request confidentiality in the future. Which may well have been the intention.

Requesting it was a no lose scenario for BHBH. It’s the classy and pro forma thing to do. Only complete idiots would forcefully argue against it. Ty knows the shit was gonna leak no matter what. The Anime Mafia clowns leak everything. They think rules don’t apply to them. So either he gets the confidentiality agreement, and has something to hammer them with when they do, as expected, leak deposition materials. Or he gets to livestream every embarrassing and traumatic thing in the defendants histories. Every sexual encounter, every petty thing. All because they insisted on it.

As Casey noted in that e-mail, “Vic should have thought about what would come out before he sued!” He did you fucking moron. He did. And you and the Soy filled clown posse walked right on into it.

So Shane posted a text from someone saying "Ty was late and disheveled". There were only two people in the hearing besides all the court personnel. So I think Casey told Ron a little white lie to calm him down a bit and now Ron told Shane that which Shane is stating as fact several times.
