Honestly if he thinks the case is a public spectacle now, he's in for a rude awakening if the judge doesn't grant the privacy order. I guarantee that Monica and Ron are going to come out of depositions looking far worse than Vic, and there'll be nothing stopping Ty giving the entire tapes to Nick and letting him do 12 hour streams ripping them to shreds.
MoRon's depositions getting released is entirely their choice, I think.

Up to now Ty has been working for two choices: protective order for discovery (which means the depositions are sealed unless they're entered as evidence during the trial), or for Vic to be deposed before TCPA (so if MoRon want to use Vic's deposition to defame him more, Ty has the threat of MAD hanging over them).

In this case, sure, all the depositions getting released would probably hurt MoRon far more than they hurt Vic, but it can still hurt Vic. Ty's looking out for Vic's best interest, so I'd assume if he had no reason to release the depositions he wouldn't. He'd keep them as a threat in case MoRon wanted to leak them first.

More justifying of the shit ANN article

At this point I suspect he's got some kind of a brain tumor or a disability that science has yet to categorize.

He has a brain tumor for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Sometimes I think Shane is trolling, but I think he's too stupid to understand what trolling really is. It's really embarrassing to read his comments and know that he thinks he's right. At this point I suspect he's got some kind of a brain tumor or a disability that science has yet to categorize.

A recent study shows that Twitter actually makes people stupider. It lowers your Inteligence. I think Shane is the near perfect proof of this.

Twitter makes most people stupider, but Shane is the exception.

Shane makes Twitter stupider.

Almost, like, you know, there's a hearing regarding this deposition quash tomorrow?

The fact that they still showed up obviously means they're just running up fees.

I think this one is just a lie from Shane. BHBH informed Casey that there would be no deposition on the 30th all the way back on the 10th in a document filed with the court.

I sincerely doubt Casey still showed for a deposition today - it was scheduled to occur at Ty's office so if he did show he literally would have walked into BHBH and been told to get lost.

That's the thing, we know with almost certainty that they're going to leak Vic's depo, probably heavily and selectively edited first, since their entire attempted gayop revolves around it.

Erick doesn't just get to call dibs on doing depo you tard.
So even though they 100% knew Vic wouldn't be there he still felt the need to waste a bunch of time, and most importantly his client's money, on a pointless grandstanding gesture. Sure seems like the sort of behaviour of a totally competent and legit lawyer with his client's best interests at heart....

That's implying Shane's telling the truth, which he has a habit of not doing.

The other side, Ron has proven himself -that arrogant-. And Casey basically did file yesterday that he was trying for sanctions, and that Vic was trying to dodge deposition. Casey actually doing this is likely, as he needs to bolster his narrative that BHBH is trying to dodge deposition, rather than making this about disclosure.

I'll quote again, another lawyer on Nick's Discord regarding the filing: "Also, spending several paragraphs talking about how discovery shouldn't be able to be avoided when clearly what is being asked for is an order regarding disclosure, not an order to prevent certain material from being discoverable, is disingenuous straw manning at best and blatant incompetence at worst. "

Years ago, there was an episode of Beavis and Butt-Head I saw wherein the boys attempt to master the fine art of Ding Dong Ditch. During the later part of the episode there's a sequence when @Beavis tries it on his own and rings the doorbell, then stays there until the dude opens the door and then runs away, convinced he is a masterclass of prankery, at which point Butt-Head calls him a dumbass.

That sequence practically personifies Shane as a whole.

Shane is a butthead

God I hope Casey, Ron, and Monica were sitting alone in a room waiting for Ty and Vic for hours today. The thought of MoRonica wasting their money like that makes to giggle like a school girl.
